PMRG LEASES MORE THAN 73,000 SF AT YOUNAN PROPERTIES’ NORTH BELT PORTFOLIO

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston office of the recently merged PMRG and Madison Marquette today announced that the company has completed 14 leases totaling over 73,000 square feet of office space at three office buildings located at 650, 652 and 654 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E. in the Greenspoint / North Belt submarket of Houston, Texas.  Leasing professionals Marci Phillips and Livy White represented the landlord, Younan Properties, in each lease.

The 14 leases completed in the first half of 2018 include:

  • Greenbriar Place, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: South Central Texas Healthcare, Inc. signed an expansion lease to occupy 7,204 square feet. Ryan Hartsell of Oxford Partners represented South Central Texas Healthcare, Inc.
  • Greenbriar Place, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: DELMET Services, LLC expanded and renewed its lease for 3,827 square feet of space.  
  • Greenbriar Place, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: Securecomm Technologies, Inc. signed a new lease for 3,157 square feet of space. 
  • Greenbriar Place, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: Gary S. Tucker & Associates, P.C. signed a renewal lease for 2,993 square feet of space. Theodore Brakatselos of Houston Site Acquisitions, Inc. represented Gary S. Tucker & Associates, P.C.
  • Greenbriar Place, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: Bond Investigations, Inc. signed a new lease for 652 square feet of space.
  • Four additional tenants renewed existing leases and signed a new lease for a total of 6,285 square feet at Greenbriar Place.
  • Bridgewood I, 654 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: ENGlobal U.S. Inc. signed a renewal lease for 27,823 square feet of space. John Luck of Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant.
  • Bridgewood I, 654 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: Prime Energy Services, LLC expanded and renewed its lease for 8,493 square feet of space. Drew Donohue and Ryan Young of Lee & Associates represented Prime Energy Services, LLC.
  • Bridgewood I, 654 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: Law Offices of Garry L. Davis, P.C. signed a new lease for 3,574 square feet of space. Rudy Garza with Texan Realty Group represented Law Offices of Garry L. Davis, P.C.
  • Bridgewood I, 654 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: An undisclosed tenant signed a new lease for 1,066 square feet of space.
  • Bridgewood II, 652 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E: An undisclosed tenant signed a signed a new lease for 8,052 square feet of space.
