HOUSTON, TX – PMRG, a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today that Madeline Gregory has joined PMRG as Leasing Manager for the firm's Houston headquarters office. In this role, Gregory will work with John Spafford, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing, on the leasing and marketing efforts for Marathon Oil Tower (5555 San Felipe) and Bank of America Center (700 Louisiana).

Gregory brings five years of experience in marketing and commercial leasing, previously working as Marketing and Leasing Coordinator at the Esperson Buildings (808 Travis/815 Walker) for Cameron Management. During her tenure she successfully increased occupancy to the highest level since 2012 and through extensive marketing of the capital improvements, repositioned Esperson as today’s historical yet iconic choice within a competitive CBD office market.

"We are thrilled to have Madeline join PMRG,” says Spafford. “We are always looking to add the brightest talent to our organization and she will be an instant contributor on the leasing team for Bank of America Center and Marathon Oil Tower.”

A 2012 graduate of Baylor University, Gregory continued her education at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio where she received her Master of Arts Degree in Communications. She is a member of Houston’s Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Network, National Association of for Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA), Central Houston, Inc. Millennial Enterprise (CHIME), Baylor Business Network, Junior League of Houston and Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo as Lifetime Committeeman.
