PM REALTY GROUP IS AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR CLASS A OFFICE BUILDING IN ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA

ATLANTA – PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationally recognized, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that it has been awarded the leasing assignment for Preston Ridge II on behalf of the ownership, Westdale Real Estate & Asset Management.  Preston Ridge II is a Class A, 150,000-square-foot office building located at 3480 Preston Ridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia. PMRG's Chip Roach and Stephen Clifton are handling the leasing.

Preston Ridge II is centrally located in North Atlanta's strong performing North Fulton office submarket with convenient access to the newly improved Old Milton Parkway and Georgia 400.  The building is 87.9% percent leased to several high profile tenants including Medquest Associates, iStar Financial, and Argo Group.  Preston Ridge II is just minutes from retail, dining and hospital amenities including the new Avalon mixed-use development and North Point Mall.
