Brad Sinclair Joins as Executive Vice President, Houston Leasing DivisionHOUSTON, TEXAS
- PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that Brad Sinclair, an industry veteran bringing more than 22 years experience, has joined PMRG's Houston Leasing Division as Executive Vice President. He will be responsible for leasing a portfolio of office properties as well as focus on new leasing initiatives within the PMRG corporate office.
Prior to joining PMRG, Sinclair worked as Senior Vice President and Account Manager at Transwestern representing a select group of clients ranging from large institutions to single building owners. Brad has executed over 1,000 lease agreements including numerous transactions of over 100,000 RSF such as:
