PM REALTY GROUP LEASES 59,797 SQUARE FEET TO LOCKHEED MARTIN
HOUSTON, TX - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced a new office tenant at 2100 Space Park Drive in the Clear Lake submarket. The four-story office building is located across from NASA's Johnson Space Center in Nassau Bay, Texas.
Lockheed Martin Corp., an advanced technology company, has occupied two floors in the building - totaling 59,797 square feet - effective Aug. 1, 2008. Lockheed Martin is expanding its presence in the Bay Area Houston region as it begins work on a NASA contract awarded in 2006 to build the Orion Crew Exploration Vehicle. Doug Little, Wade Bowlin and Erik Haugen of PMRG represented the building owner, Fund II & Fund III Associates, while Derrell Curry of Studley represented Lockheed Martin.
