PRESTIGE HOME HEALTH IS THE NEWEST TENANT IN TWIN CREEKS MEDICAL CENTER

ALLEN, TX - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that Prestige Home Health (Prestige), a home health care agency, has signed a lease for 1,650 square feet of space in Twin Creeks Medical Center Two, a 35,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building. 

Owned by JayRyCo Development, LLC, Twin Creeks Medical Center Two is located directly behind the Presbyterian Hospital of Allen at 1101 Raintree Circle. The new, contemporary two-story property officially opened in December 2005. 

Prestige Home Health joins other tenants currently in operation at Twin Creeks Medical Center Two, including the following: Reliant Home Health, another home health care group with 1,750 square feet of space; Dr. Gregory Alan Ennis, family practice with 2,500 square feet of space; Dr. Victoria McGrath, internal medicine with 3,350 square feet of space; and Dr. David Zhang, acupuncture and chiropractic with 2,300 square feet of space. 

Ed Schnieders, vice president of leasing for PMRG's Central Division anticipates announcing several more physicians in the near future. 

"This beautiful new facility's immediate proximity to Presbyterian Hospital of Allen, along with the synergies between the tenants, make this property a dynamic location for health care providers looking to open, expand or relocate their practices," Schnieders said. 

Twin Creeks Medical Center Two is the second of a planned, three-building medical office park currently being developed by JayRyCo Development, LLC.
