HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that it has expanded and enhanced its research capabilities and expertise through the recent hiring of Ariel Guerrero, Vice President of PMRG’s Research and Market Analytics Group. PMRG’s in-house research team, led by Mr. Guerrero, delivers a synergistic blend of macro and micro-market research employing various methods for gathering and reporting applicable data for the markets served. Providing micro-market analysis, market trends as well as targeting ‘hot’ markets, PMRG is consistently able to provide coherent and thought provoking reporting techniques that tell the story of the office market, new developments, movement within the market and deals recently completed.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Guerrero led Grubb & Ellis’ Research and Client Services division for the field office locations in the Texas region for nearly 10 years, which involved maintaining research data integrity, performing market analysis and the publishing of commercial real estate market reports.  In addition, he was involved on the business development side in the preparation of key proposals and presentations for transactional management, institutional and corporate service clients and in the follow-up execution of client assignments. As an integral member of the National Research Client Services Group, he also served as National Research Lead for the Company’s Multi Housing, Land and Self Storage Practice Groups. 

With nearly 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, he possesses extensive project coordination experience and knowledge of a variety of research tools and data related warehouses. His professional experience includes market research and demographic analyses, media relations, budgetary development, statistical and data modeling as well as survey development and data acquisition.
 
Mr. Guerrero holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University with major course work in Business, Statistics and Economics. He is an active member of Houston’s Commercial Real Estate Research Forum (CRERF) and serves as Vice President for the organization. He is also a member of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Real Estate Research Forum and Association of Real Estate Research Professionals.
