Northridge Center I and II is owned by KBS Capital Advisors (KBS), an affiliate of KBS Realty Advisors, one of the nation's largest buyers of commercial real estate and structured debt investments.

The experienced PMRG leasing team, consisting of the senior leadership of Bill Weghorst and David Tyler, will be presenting this opportunity to the market.
