ATLANTA, GA – PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that George Lipscomb has joined PMRG as Senior Vice President and Operations Director for its Eastern Division. Mr. Lipscomb will oversee all operations (management and engineering) including service delivery, training, financial reporting, quality control and staffing of management business in markets including Boston, New Jersey, New York, Washington, DC, Charlotte, Atlanta and South Florida.

Lipscomb joins PMRG from Fifth Street Management Company where, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s third party management operations including maintenance and accounting. His extensive background in commercial real estate, including property management, accounting/finance and maintenance engineering, spans over 30 years and includes employment with notable companies such as Carter, Hines, Cousins Properties and PM Realty Group. Mr. Lipscomb has served prominent owners and institutions including Sumitomo, TIAA-CREF, Coca Cola, GE and BellSouth (now AT&T) and Southern Company.  His broad range of experience covers portfolios exceeding 17 million square feet of class A office buildings, multi-family properties, condominiums, and corporate facilities.

Mr. Lipscomb graduated from Tulane University with a BA degree in economics and earned an MBA from the Tulane University Graduate Business School.  He is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
