As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Nathan Durham is responsible for selectively obtaining leasing and management assignments for building owners in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Mr. Durham has been actively involved in Dallas real estate for more than 10 years, leasing over 4.6 million square feet in the majority of submarkets throughout the metroplex. Mr. Durham holds a BBA degree in Management from The University of Texas at Austin and has been recognized as a “Top Broker” for the past five years. 

As Vice President of Leasing, Ben Appleby is responsible for leasing PMRG’s existing office product as well as growing the leasing portfolio in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Mr. Appleby brings 7 years of experience in the Dallas real estate market and was recently recognized as the #1 Leasing Agent by Black’s Guide. Mr. Appleby has been named a “Heavy Hitter” by the Dallas Business Journal and has been included on Black’s Guide’s “35 Under 35” list multiple times.

As Vice President of Medical Leasing, Mr. Libby oversees all leasing efforts for PMRG’s medical office portfolios from pre-development through full stabilization. Mr. Libby brings 10 years of experience in leasing, consulting, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets and has represented hospitals, healthcare REIT’s and physician practices. Mr. Libby is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas and Oklahoma.
