HOUSTON, TX – PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that Michael Sieger has joined PMRG’s Houston leasing team as Vice President, Houston Leasing Division. He will work on a portfolio of properties within the Houston and Clear Lake markets in addition to new business development.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Sieger worked on the tenant representation side of the business with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in their downtown Houston office for the past six years and Newmark Knight Frank for two years prior to CBRE. Mr. Sieger worked with a select group of clients including Chevron, Cameron International, Schneider Electric and TIAA-CREF helping them lease and sublease their space throughout the city. Sieger has completed over 100 leases totaling more than 1 million square feet.

“Mike is no stranger to PMRG as he was previously part of the leasing team back in 2001 acting as Leasing Manager on a portfolio of properties in Clear Lake for two of our largest clients,” said John Spafford, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing for PMRG’s Houston office. “Mike’s experience over the past eight years gives him invaluable insight into the marketplace from the tenant perspective and we are confident he will prove to be a great asset to the PM team as we continue to expand our activities.”

Sieger holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University.
