HOUSTON - The Woodlands Development Company has awarded Houston-based PM Realty Group (PMRG) the property management assignment for the newly-constructed 21 Waterway building. Located at 21 Waterway Avenue in The Woodlands, the 104,372-square-foot office building is the newest addition to the portfolio of buildings PMRG manages for the Woodlands Development Company, which includes all of the company's 18 Houston-area properties.
