West Pointe Center is located at 9420 W. Sam Houston Parkway North and features three-stories of class A office space totaling 170,823 square feet. The seller, White Rock Commercial, was represented by Wade Bowlin and Doug Little of PM Realty Group. The purchaser was represented by Bob Parsley and Bill Byrd of Colliers International. West Pointe Center marks White Rock Commercial's first project in the Houston area. White Rock's President and CEO Rockwell Hopkins stated, "We are extremely pleased to have broken ground in May 2008 and have the project sold 12 months later.
