As Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Linda Gee is responsible for the oversight and delivery of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) full spectrum of real estate services in Hawaii, including the provision of property management, leasing, and brokerage services to its landlord, tenant and investment clients.

Ms. Gee brings more than 35 years of experience in the Hawaii real estate industry with extensive experience in commercial property investment sales and acquisitions, consulting, leasing, and property management. She has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of office, retail and industrial properties valued in excess of $300,000,000, while representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of over 1,600,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Ms. Gee's previous experience includes opening and serving as Hawaii District Manager of Grubb & Ellis Company's Property Management Division. Upon acquiring the division's assets Ms. Gee formed The Landmark Property Corporation, which managed and leased 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property on three islands, including Restaurant Row, Manoa Marketplace, Pearl Kai and Westridge Shopping Centers, Azeka Place Shopping Center, Bank of America Building, Nimitz Business Center, The Imperial Plaza, and Kapalama Military Reservation. Landmark also served as project development coordinator of The Imperial Plaza, Nimitz Business Center, Bank of AmeriPca and Pearl Kai Center properties.

When Landmark was sold to Koll Management Services, Ms. Gee was named President of Koll's Asia-Pacific Region, and then served as a vice president in CB Richard Ellis' brokerage division upon its merger with Koll, prior to joining PMRG in 1999.

Ms. Gee holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a past-president of the IREM's Hawaii Chapter, an affiliate Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and a licensed Hawaii real estate broker.

Rick Jones SVP, Northwest & Pacific Regions

As Senior Vice President, Rick Jones is responsible for all lines of business for a portfolio totaling over 7 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Northern California and Hawaii.

Mr. Jones brings more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has established himself as one of the top real estate professionals in Northern California. For much of his career with PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Jones was responsible for major build-to-suit office, retail and industrial developments, in addition to major capital and tenant improvement projects.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Jones held key positions at prestigious architectural, general contracting, and development firms in San Francisco. As an in-house project manager, he directed major projects for large corporate users, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of California and Westin Hotels. This diverse experience allows him to bring an unusual perspective to design and construction assignments. He has supervised complex multi-phased projects in occupied high sensitivity facilities, including data, office, retail and hotel uses.
 
Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Washington State University and holds a General Contractor license and a Real Estate Sales license in California. His continuing education focuses on construction law, hazardous materials, and mechanical systems courses at the University of California, Berkley.  Mr. Jones has been a guest lecturer at several industry seminars and workshops.

Ian Clagstone (S) VP, Brokerage Services

As Vice President of Brokerage Services, Ian Clagstone specializes in assisting clients with office leasing and investment sales. He has provided investment advisory services for clients such as Kurisu and Fergus, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and the Lyum Family Trust. His landlord and tenant representation clients include Hawaii’s Top 250 as well as publicly-traded companies, among them Pitney Bowes, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Sherwin-Williams, ING, St. Francis Healthcare System, Global Village, TrueBlue Inc./Labor Ready, and Cisco Systems. In addition to partnering in corporate account development and investment sales and leasing of all product types, Ian serves as a member of landlord representation teams which have responsibility for over 400,000 square feet of office space in Honolulu. Included in this portfolio are the 677 Ala Moana Building at the gateway to the Kapiolani/Ala Moana submarket, medical office buildings, a mid-rise office property in the King Street corridor, and office buildings in downtown Honolulu.

Mr. Clagstone is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Shidler College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on finance and marketing. While at the University of Hawaii, he served as President of the Financial Management Association and developed the school’s first online securities trading and commercial real estate programs. His understanding of financial analysis has allowed him to advise clients in depth when evaluating investment opportunities. Mr. Clagstone has been published in Hawaii Business Magazine and is the editor of PM Realty Group’s quarterly market update reports.

Mr. Clagstone is affiliated with the Shidler College of Business Alumni Association, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and is an active alumnus with the Financial Management Association. He is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Hawaii.

Takio Mogi (S) Associate, Investment Sales & Leasing

As an Investment Sales & Leasing Associate, Takio Mogi specializes in lease transactions and investment sales.

Mr. Mogi brings more than 20 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, encompassing design, advisory, and brokerage. In design, he grew up in a family-owned city planning business and was exposed to projects that reshaped Honolulu including the master plan for the redevelopment of Kakaako. Mr. Mogi was fortunate to have worked on once-in-a-lifetime projects for two world-renowned architects:  the Getty Center in Los Angeles, CA for Richard Meier and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain for Frank Gehry. This training has served to benefit clients during special evaluations and tenant improvement negotiations for prospective business locations.  

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Mr. Mogi was a member of Hawaii Commercial Real Estate's landlord-representation team for the 1132 Bishop (Bishop Place) and Waikiki Bank of Hawaii office properties, and the seller-representation team for several investment properties including the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel, and the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel, the largest real estate transaction of the year.  He also gained pre-construction sales and leasing experience with properties on Kauai and in Kapolei.  

Mr. Mogi began his real estate career with Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Manager in the Corporate Real Estate Consulting Group in New York, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on real estate strategy, operating efficiency optimization and cost reduction methodologies. Clients included Bank of America and General Growth. Today, he brings this advisory sensibility to his brokerage clients.

Mr. Mogi holds a degree in architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale University and is a licensed Hawaii real estate salesperson.

Matt Raff (S) Associate, Investment Sales & Leasing

As an Investment Sales & Leasing Associate, Matt Raff specializes in office leasing and office and multi-family investment sales and is a member of landlord representation teams which have responsibility for approximately 500,000 square feet of office space in Honolulu. Properties included in his portfolio are 677 Ala Moana, located at the gateway to the Kapiolani/Ala Moana submarket, City Financial Tower and 850 Richards located in downtown Honolulu.

Mr. Raff brings to PM Realty Group (PMRG) proven marketing skills and solid relationships with national investors and brokerage firms. Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Raff was a member of the National Multi Housing Group of Marcus & Millichap's Denver office, the top producing investment team in Northern Colorado.
 
Mr. Raff was raised in Hawaii and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in commercial real estate from Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate Center and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Hawaii and Colorado.

Liz Palmer General Manager

As General Manager for PM Realty Group (PMRG), Liz Palmer is responsible for the management of City Financial Tower (CFT), a 201,241 square foot office building located in Honolulu's Central Business District, and the Hilo Medical Office Building for Montecito Medical.
 
Ms. Palmer brings more than 25 years of experience in Hawaii's real estate industry. She recalls having a bird's eye view during construction of CFT while working at a neighboring high rise.  During CFT's early years, Ms. Palmer commissioned a competing property and frequently compared notes with CFT's first manager.  Having seen the pride of ownership at City Financial Tower over the years, she was honored to assume the role of its manager upon joining PMRG.  

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Palmer worked at Kaneohe Ranch/Harold K. L. Castle Foundation where she took an active role in managing, leasing, and re-development approximately 40 acres of downtown Kailua. Prior to Kaneohe Ranch, she was responsible for the administration, sale and leasing of a 350 asset portfolio as a Trust Real Estate Officer with Bank of Hawaii.  

Ms. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a licensed Hawaii real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a past president for the Hawaii chapters of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and CCIM.

Corinne Hiromoto General Manager

As General Manager, Corinne Hiromoto is responsible for the management of Alii Place, a 25-story, 340,657 square foot, Class A office building located in Honolulu's downtown financial district.

Ms. Hiromoto brings more than 16 years of experience managing commercial property. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, she worked at such companies as Colliers Monroe Friedlander Management and Pauahi Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Kamehameha Schools.
 
Ms. Hiromoto holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and continues to pursue other industry related education opportunities.  She has been an active member of the Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International since 1994 and served as President in 2009 and 2010, President-Elect in 2008 and Treasurer/Secretary of BOMA Hawaii from 2005 through 2007. She has chaired and served on various BOMA Hawaii committees, was a director on the BOMA Hawaii board in 2003 and 2004, and served on the IREM Board of Directors as Secretary in 2004 and 2005 and as Director in 2003.

Bridget Sawai General Manager

As General Manager, Bridget Sawai is responsible for the management of Aloha Tower Marketplace, a 165,683 square foot combination retail, restaurant and working commercial harbor facility located on the pier at Honolulu Harbor.

Ms. Sawai brings more than 20 years of property management experience in retail, warehouse and high rise buildings. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Ms. Sawai worked with Action Realty Corporation, Colliers Monroe Friedlander and Pauahi Management. Her past portfolio includes Central Pacific Plaza, 1132 Bishop Street, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, 1601 Kapiolani Boulevard and Mililani Shopping Center.  

Ms. Sawai is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and an active volunteer at Mililani Waena Elementary School.

Ms. D'Andrea brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in Honolulu. A Pennsylvania native, Ms. D'Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Chiyo Ogasawara Property Manager

As Property Manager for 677 Ala Moana, Chiyo Ogasawara is responsible for the management of a 272,191 square foot office building located in Honolulu's financial district where she capably demonstrates an ability to grasp the overall situation, brings cohesiveness to the entire staff, and organizes the physical, administrative and fiscal operations of the property to the immediate and ongoing satisfaction of the owner.

Ms. Ogasawara brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She began her career in real estate as the Marketing Coordinator for Plaza Homes Hawaii, with tenure at Chaney, Brooks & Company prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG) as the Tenant Coordinator and later the Assistant Property Manager for City Financial Tower.

A blackbelt in judo, Chiyo is actively involved with the sports activities of her two younger children while also pursuing her undergraduate degree in business.
