PMRG's investment group targets a wide range of acquisitions including office, mixed-use, urban multi-family, medical office and industrial, each of which can benefit from our operational experience. PMRG typically structures its acquisitions as joint ventures with pension funds, advisors, high net worth individuals, endowments and sovereign wealth funds.

Since its inception in 2003, PMRG's investment group has acquired, developed or redeveloped 18 office, multifamily, medical office, mixed-use and industrial properties.  It is expected that, upon completion, the total value of these projects will be $602 million.  The majority were undertaken as joint ventures with institutional equity partners, such as public pension plans.
