As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Glen Perkins is a member of the company's Investment Committee for Acquisitions and Development and directly responsible for the vision, growth, and profitability of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) development business. Mr. Perkins leads the team's strategic approach, capitalization efforts and joint ventures while identifying new business opportunities on a broad spectrum of initiatives.

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, his depth of experience encompasses all product types and facets of development, financial feasibility, investment analysis, transaction structuring, asset management, acquisition/disposition, leasing, and brokerage.  As a former President and Divisional Partner with Trammell Crow Central Residential, Mr. Perkins also has significant experience in the residential sector.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Perkins built an extensive career with R&B Commercial Real Estate Services. He and his partners acquired R&B Commercial in the early nineties and several years later sold their company to a publically traded real estate firm. This gave Mr. Perkins the unique opportunity to join PMRG to create a national development platform for the company, further expanding its comprehensive real estate services offered to corporations, investors and healthcare providers. 

Since the inception of the Development Group in 2000, PMRG has directed over $1.6 billion in development/construction management assignments and has completed, under construction, or in design, over $400 million in ground up development projects.

Mr. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Kerry Burden SVP, Development
_posts/Burden.Kerry_cas_crop.jpg As Senior Vice President of Development, Kerry Burden is responsible for directing PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Central Division development efforts, with a prime focus on feasibility, analysis and execution of development/acquisition opportunities, project management and construction management.

At PMRG, Mr. Burden coordinates major phases of the development process from site selection, design concept, and oversight of financial controls, through construction completion and project closeout; all with the ultimate goal of improving the project delivery model.

Mr. Burden brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction management for projects ranging from 20,000 to 1,100,000 square feet and from $5 million to $250 million with an aggregate in excess of 22 million square feet and $1 billion.   His depth of experience in the real estate industry includes acquisitions, development, investment analysis, financial feasibility, due diligence, site selection and evaluation, asset management and lease negotiation for numerous clients and partners.

Previously a Partner and Senior Development Officer at Dallas-based Champion Partners, Mr. Burden's project history, inclusive of commercial office buildings, multi-family projects, and distribution centers for clients such as Nestle, Microsoft, Perrier, Hunt Wesson, State Farm, and Comp USA along with multiple medical office buildings, provides him with a level of expertise enabling consistently successful project outcomes.

Mr. Burden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.   He is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.

Bryant Nail SVP, Multi-family

As Senior Vice President, Bryant Nail oversees all mixed-use, high-density urban development projects for PM Realty Group (PMRG).
 
Mr. Nail brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, not only in high-density urban development but also in retail, office and the hospitality industry.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Nail served as Partner and Vice President of Development for Amicus Partners, Ltd. where he was responsible for all aspects of mid to high-rise residential development projects in Addison Circle, Dallas, Houston, and Plano. Among the notable projects he worked on is the Eastside Village development, a four-story wood frame project adjacent to the Downtown Plano DART Station.

Before Amicus Partners, Ltd., Mr. Nail worked for Post Properties, a publicly-traded REIT based in Atlanta, as Vice President of Development in the Western region, encompassing all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisitions, financing, political interface, design and construction, property development, as well as leasing and marketing. He was responsible for development projects in Jackson, Mississippi, Dallas, Addison, and Denver, Colorado; including the highly received and awarded new mixed-use community, Addison Circle Phases I and II, in Addison, Texas, and the St. Luke's hospital site development in Denver. Both prospects were public private partnerships where the municipalities contributed over $20 million for infrastructure to support the developments.

Mr. Nail is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and its Inner City Council, The Real Estate Council (TREC) of Dallas and serves on the board of directors for the Addison Business Association.

Douglas A. Demiano SVP, Development & Acquisitions

As Senior Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, Mr. Demiano brings more than 25 years of industry experience involving the commercial, industrial and healthcare real estate markets, including all aspects of leasing, site acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and property/facilities management experience.
Mr. Demiano is the managing director of PMRG’s Healthcare Advisory Group and assists in relationship development with national Hospital Systems and Healthcare REIT’s, in regards to project development opportunities and acquisitions.  In addition, Mr. Demiano represents numerous physician groups in regards to their lease representation and facility design & development.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Amegy Bank of Texas (an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation). He was responsible for acquisitions, banking center distribution strategy and corporate office development for Amegy’s real estate portfolio, which totaled over a million square feet. He also worked with the bank’s REO group in repositioning assets and taking them to market for disposition.
Mr. Demiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served on several Hospital System advisory boards within the state of Texas.

Monty Smith Senior Development Officer

As Senior Development Officer, Monty Smith directs and administers all facets of development in the Dallas region, from the initial client contact, contracts, overseeing the design team through execution of construction. His responsibilities include management and oversight of assigned development projects to include planning, inspecting and staffing for each development phase, and conferring with engineering personnel and inspectors to resolve development issues and improve methods.

Mr. Smith brings more than 21 years of diversified development experience in healthcare, office buildings, corporate campuses, banks and high rise luxury multifamily. He has worked closely with developers over the years on corporate campus master plans, and worked on the master planning growth of two regional hospitals involving design and implementation of the plan.

Most recently, Mr. Smith was involved in the development of the Sierra Master Plan with Microsoft as the primary tenant, a $35 million, 21-story luxury high-rise in Houston, and an eight building, $350 million mixed use master planned 'Life Style Center' in Las Colinas. Other recent luxury high-rise multifamily projects include a 25-story in Miami, a 32-story in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, a 26-story and a 29-story in Dallas.

Mr. Smith holds a Master of Architecture degree and an Environmental Design degree.

Lee Waters Director of Asset Services

As Director of Asset Services, Lee Waters acts as liaison with lenders and physician partners and oversees the underwriting of potential development projects and preparation of investor and lender presentations, due diligence and valuation support for PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) acquisition and disposition activities nationwide.

Ms. Waters brings more than 25 years of experience across the real estate spectrum encompassing development, property management, leasing, investment brokerage, underwriting, due diligence, asset management, and lease audits.

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Waters served as Asset Manager for Harwood International where, during her five year tenure, she implemented a new budgeting software and reporting system for the international portfolio. Additionally, she created a Lease Process Manual, documenting all of the steps in the leasing process from the first call to move in.

Ms. Waters previously acted as the Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst and Special Projects Coordinator for Fults Realty Corporation. In addition to providing analytical support for the property management, tenant representation, and investment brokerage divisions, she developed a standardized due diligence process that the company utilized for its client REITs and institutional owners.

Ms. Waters holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of North Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Ryan Dale VP, Leasing

As Vice President of Leasing within PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) Healthcare Advisory Group, Ryan Dale is responsible for leasing a select medical office portfolio as well as the marketing and pre-leasing efforts for all proposed medical office developments. 

Mr. Dale’s responsibilities consist of marketing PMRG’s medical properties to various hospitals and healthcare providers, negotiating leases, overseeing the lease transaction process from conception to closing, establishing and preserving relationships with various owners and third-party brokers, and remaining involved in several community organizations. Since coming on board with PMRG, Mr. Dale has been involved with over 110,000 square feet of executed medical office leases, resulting in the placement of 93 physicians and representing over $21.2M in total lease value for PMRG and third party-owned medical office product.  Mr. Dale was awarded Rookie of the Year during his first year with PMRG.

Mr. Dale has been actively involved in various niches of Dallas' commercial real estate industry for over five years.  Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Dale was a Development Analyst for Seneca Investments, a Dallas-based real estate development company. During his two-year tenure with Seneca Investments, he was involved in all aspects of pre-development from market analysis and land acquisition to construction cost assumptions and development budgets.  Overall, Mr. Dale assisted in securing debt and equity for over 1,400 Class A apartment units in the Houston area and a 33,000 square foot medical office building in Dallas.

Mr. Dale began his real estate career in 2006 with The Cirrus Group, a Dallas-based medical services developer specializing in the delivery of new, state-of-the-art medical facilities. Given responsibilities in pre-development due diligence as well as pre-leasing, Mr. Dale’s initial exposure to commercial real estate was strictly focused towards medical office space.  Mr. Dale also interned during college summers with Transwestern Commercial, a national real estate brokerage firm, supporting senior professionals in all aspects of research, business development and marketing.

Mr. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Letters & Classics from The University of Oklahoma. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas, a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS, North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC) and a Dallas-based young real estate professionals group, TREC Young Guns.

Paula Boyles Marketing & Leasing Manager

As Marketing and Leasing Manager, Paula Boyles manages the marketing and public relations efforts of PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) development team, providing direction and preparation of proposals, reports and presentations. Ms. Boyles is an integral member of the medical leasing team and has worked on the successful lease-up of over 300,000 square feet in the DFW area. Additionally, she is responsible for the design, establishment, and maintenance of an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the goals and objectives of PMRG’s development team. 

Ms. Boyles brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and development services. Her marketing and management background includes directing and managing cross-functional teams; leading both support and sales professionals; interfacing with physicians, investors and Fortune 50 CEOs; developing metrics for client satisfaction within multi-unit organizations and implementing practices and procedures to ensure their attainability.  

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Boyles served as Director of Operations for another regional development firm where she was responsible for directing, managing, and implementing the key business strategies.
