As Executive Vice President in the Houston Leasing Division, Brad Sinclair is responsible for leasing a portfolio of office properties within the PM Realty Group (PMRG) Houston office.
Mr. Sinclair is an industry veteran with over 22 years experience in Houston real estate. Prior to joining PMRG, Sinclair worked as Senior Vice President and Account Manager at Transwestern representing a select group of clients ranging from large institutions to single building owners.
Mr. Sinclair has executed over 1,000 lease agreements including numerous transactions of over 100,000 RSF such as:
• SBM/Atlantia 171,000 SF
• PriceWaterhouseCoopers 165,000 SF
• Chicago Bridge & Iron 162,000 SF
• EVI/Weatherford, Inc. 146,000 SF
• US Attorney General 114,000 SF
• Merrill Lynch 101,000 SF
As Executive Vice President of the Dallas Region, Kurt Cherry oversees PMRG’s Property Services Division including property management, leasing and marketing initiatives and long-term strategies for the entire DFW portfolio.
As Senior Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, Mr. Demiano brings more than 25 years of industry experience involving the commercial, industrial and healthcare real estate markets, including all aspects of leasing, site acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and property/facilities management experience.
Mr. Demiano is the managing director of PMRG’s Healthcare Advisory Group and assists in relationship development with national Hospital Systems and Healthcare REIT’s, in regards to project development opportunities and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Demiano represents numerous physician groups in regards to their lease representation and facility design & development.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Amegy Bank of Texas (an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation). He was responsible for acquisitions, banking center distribution strategy and corporate office development for Amegy’s real estate portfolio, which totaled over a million square feet. He also worked with the bank’s REO group in repositioning assets and taking them to market for disposition.
Mr. Demiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served on several Hospital System advisory boards within the state of Texas.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Appleby led Duke Realty Corporation’s office leasing and development efforts where he was involved in over 1.75 million square feet of transactions from 2003 to 2009. His recent accomplishments include negotiating 240,000 square feet for T-Mobile’s regional headquarters, 182,700 square feet for American Home Mortgage Servicing corporate headquarters and 100,000 square feet for MedAssets corporate headquarters.
Black’s Guide named Mr. Appleby in its 2009 Top 35 Under 35 list, recognizing him as the top producing office real estate broker with 347,743 square feet of space leased in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. In 2009, he was awarded the NTCAR Young Citizen Award, designed to recognize an outstanding young professional who has worked through participation, volunteerism and charity to contribute to the betterment of the commercial real estate community and society as a whole. Additionally, he has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” and by Black’s Guide on its “35 Under 35” list multiple times in his career.
Mr. Appleby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the NTCAR Reunion and Hall of Fame Committee, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and has served as Chairman of the NTCAR Young Professional Forum and held a NTCAR Board of Director position.
