As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Wm. Roger Gregory, is responsible for PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) financial and information technology policies, equity financing and joint venture relationships.

Mr. Gregory came to PMRG after an eight year career with Arthur Andersen LLP. At Andersen, Mr. Gregory was a Senior Manager in their Commercial Services Group.  He managed a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on the real estate and services sectors. He spent the majority of his career at Andersen managing the Hines Engagement, a Houston based real estate company, and spent his final two years as a lead manager on Andersen's largest client.

Mr. Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in both Texas and Louisiana and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Ernest Johnson EVP, Capital Markets

As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Ernest Johnson is responsible for identifying sources of capital and debt to assist the company with its private investment offerings. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for tracking the changing real estate market conditions to seek opportunities which can capitalize on PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) extensive operational platform.

Mr. Johnson brings more than 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined PMRG as Senior Vice President of the Western Division and was promoted to Executive Vice President six months later. Mr. Johnson has worked as a consultant and advisor to healthcare systems to assist them in the evaluation of their non-acute care real estate.  He has been successful in developing strategies that allow healthcare systems to dispose of their properties while maintaining operational control over the future use of these assets.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Western Regional Manager for JMB Properties Company. During his career in real estate, Mr. Johnson has worked throughout the United States including positions in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte and Orlando.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Auburn University. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Lone Star Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Board of Directors of PUSH America, a national philanthropy that works with college students to raise awareness and funding for people with disabilities.

John Dailey EVP, Managing Director Investment Services, Acquisitions

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, John Dailey is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition strategies on behalf of PM Realty Group (PMRG) and the firm’s clients.

Mr. Dailey brings more than 25 years of experience in all product types and is respected as a top Houston investment sales broker. His primary specialization and expertise is in dealing with transactions involving office buildings and medical facilities for numerous local and national clients. Since joining PMRG, Mr. Dailey has successfully assisted clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of nearly $1 billion worth of real estate. Dailey's notable clientele includes JPMorgan Chase, ING, Koll Bren Schreiber, The Praedium Group, LNR Properties, Baptist Health Systems (Alabama), The Methodist Hospital (Houston), Tenet Healthcare, Medcap Properties, and The Wells Funds.

Prior to joining PMRG,  Mr. Dailey was a leading producer at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company where he represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of over $135 million of transactions involving office buildings, retail centers, apartment complexes, and vacant land.  Mr. Dailey was the firm's "Top Producer" in Texas for three consecutive years and also earned Marcus & Millichap's "National Achievement Award" for each of those years. Prior to associating with Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Dailey enjoyed a nine-year career in the commercial office leasing business.

Mr. Dailey graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Harvard University Clubs of NYC and Houston and had acted as the Houston chapter's Co-Chairman of its prestigious Schools and Scholarships Committee over an unprecedented 16 year period. Mr. Dailey currently sits on the Board of Directors of Wallis State Bank in Houston. He is married with two children and enjoys both golf and tennis activities.

Angelo LoBosco EVP, Acquisitions

As Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, Angelo LoBosco specializes in real estate investment and financing and is responsible for the development and management of equity partner relationships.   
 
Mr. LoBosco brings more than 25 years of diverse real estate and finance expertise in the areas of acquisition, disposition, workout / restructuring, financial structuring, development, and investment banking.  His experience encompasses over $5 billion of transaction volume in both institutional and entrepreneurial environments.
 
Over the course of his career, Mr. LoBosco has created multiple investment platforms with both institutional and private investors.  Most recently, he functioned as an investment advisor to the Metzler United States Real Estate Fund (MUSREF), and Union Investment's DIFA Funds. In this capacity, Mr. LoBosco actively advised on the investment, structuring and financing of approximately $1 billion of core real estate investments (14 properties) for MUSREF and about $1.5 billion of core office assets (8 properties) for DIFA's funds in major United States markets. Both the Metzler and DIFA funds outperformed the NCREIF Property Index.

During the last major U.S. market correction in the early 1990's, Mr. LoBosco was with Citicorp Real Estate where he restructured over $1.5 billion of mortgages and facilitated the disposition of over $400 million of assets for the bank.  This includes the sale of a 750,000sf portfolio of three Class A office buildings in Stamford, CT which was the largest transaction in the US in 1993.

Mr. LoBosco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Business School.
