As Senior Vice President of Development & Acquisitions, Mr. Demiano brings more than 25 years of industry experience involving the commercial, industrial and healthcare real estate markets, including all aspects of leasing, site acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and property/facilities management experience.

Mr. Demiano is the managing director of PMRG’s Healthcare Advisory Group and assists in relationship development with national Hospital Systems and Healthcare REIT’s, in regards to project development opportunities and acquisitions.  In addition, Mr. Demiano represents numerous physician groups in regards to their lease representation and facility design & development.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Amegy Bank of Texas (an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation). He was responsible for acquisitions, banking center distribution strategy and corporate office development for Amegy’s real estate portfolio, which totaled over a million square feet. He also worked with the bank’s REO group in repositioning assets and taking them to market for disposition.

Mr. Demiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served on several Hospital System advisory boards within the state of Texas.

Ernest Johnson EVP, Capital Markets

As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Ernest Johnson is responsible for identifying sources of capital and debt to assist the company with its private investment offerings. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for tracking the changing real estate market conditions to seek opportunities which can capitalize on PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) extensive operational platform.

Mr. Johnson brings 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined PMRG as Senior Vice President of the Western Division and was promoted to Executive Vice President six months later. Mr. Johnson has worked as a consultant and advisor to healthcare systems to assist them in the evaluation of their non-acute care real estate.  He has been successful in developing strategies that allow healthcare systems to dispose of their properties while maintaining operational control over the future use of these assets.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Western Regional Manager for JMB Properties Company. During his career in real estate, Mr. Johnson has worked throughout the United States including positions in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte and Orlando.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Auburn University. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Lone Star Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Board of Directors of PUSH America, a national philanthropy that works with college students to raise awareness and funding for people with disabilities.

Glen Perkins EVP, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Glen Perkins is a member of the company’s Investment Committee for Acquisitions and Development and directly responsible for the vision, growth, and profitability of PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) development business. Mr. Perkins leads the team’s strategic approach, capitalization efforts and joint ventures while identifying new business opportunities on a broad spectrum of initiatives.
With over 30 years in the real estate industry, his depth of experience encompasses all product types and facets of development, financial feasibility, investment analysis, transaction structuring, asset management, acquisition/disposition, leasing, and brokerage.  As a former President and Divisional Partner with Trammell Crow Central Residential, Mr. Perkins also has significant experience in the residential sector.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Perkins built an extensive career with R&B Commercial Real Estate Services. He and his partners acquired R&B Commercial in the early nineties and several years later sold their company to a publically traded real estate firm. This gave Mr. Perkins the unique opportunity to join PMRG to create a national development platform for the company, further expanding its comprehensive real estate services offered to corporations, investors and healthcare providers. 
Since the inception of the Development Group in 2000, PMRG has directed over $1.6 billion in development/construction management assignments and has completed, under construction, or in design, over $400 million in ground up development projects.
Mr. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Wade Bowlin EVP, Managing Director
Central Division

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) Central Division, Wade Bowlin is responsible for all aspects of the division’s operations, including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development and client relations for PMRG’s portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties; a portfolio that totals over 65 million square feet.

Mr. Bowlin brings more than 24 years of experience in real estate with the last 16 years involved in the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of many large transactions of over 100,000 square feet such as EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, STM Mortgage in Dallas, Texas, and TCIM in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitter’s” by the Houston Business Journal for the past ten years.

Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of Texas Tech University and serves on the Advisory Board of the Houston Office Guide and Black’s Guide. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Jim Proehl EVP, Managing Director
Western Division

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director for PM Realty Group’s (PMRG’s) Western Division, Jim Proehl is responsible for managing a portfolio of over 20 million square feet in 11 western states with a staff of over 225 real estate professionals. Mr. Proehl's success with coordinating the repositioning of numerous projects and transitioning large multi-building portfolios in his 15 years with PMRG has helped fuel the growth of the Western Division.

Mr. Proehl brings more than 18 years of diversified real estate experience in asset management, development, finance and property management. Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Proehl held the position of Development Manager for Tooley & Company where he managed the development of two high-rise Class A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 square feet.  As a Senior Asset Manager with Metropolitan Life, Mr. Proehl managed a Colorado and Kansas commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $300 million, including office buildings, hotels and retail centers.

Mr. Proehl began his real estate career at Williams Realty Corporation, where he was an Associate Development Director with responsibilities for coordinating the legal, planning, financial, design and construction management for two mixed-use projects in Kansas City and San Antonio.  In addition to his development experience at Williams, Mr. Proehl gained a thorough understanding of the financial reporting requirements of working for a publicly traded company.

Mr. Proehl holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa with an emphasis in real estate and a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Dave Parker EVP, Managing Director
Eastern Division

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group's (PMRG’s) Eastern Division, Dave Parker oversees a portfolio of 26 million square feet from Florida to Boston.

Mr. Parker brings more than 27 years of greatly diversified experience in areas including development, leasing, property management, finance, and investment sales. During that time, Mr. Parker has marketed, leased and sold more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Parker was a Senior Vice President with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc., a regional full service real estate firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Parker reopened the Northern Virginia office, directing the firm's efforts to expand its brokerage business in that market. Between 1992 and 1996, Mr. Parker managed the Mid-Atlantic office at Prentiss Properties, overseeing a seven million square foot portfolio located in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and suburban New Jersey. Leasing, property management, construction management, and facilities services were provided to institutional investors and major U.S. corporations.

Mr. Parker is a graduate of Williams College and currently serves as Commissioner for the Loudoun County Industrial Development Authority. Formerly, he was the Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. He has served on various task forces and work groups at the Washington Board of Trade and the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Scott Kuklish Sr. VP

As Senior Vice President of the Southern California region, Scott Kuklish oversees all lines of business for PM Realty Group (PMRG) on a large diversified commercial real estate portfolio. In this position, Mr. Kuklish is responsible for the property management and leasing activities for a portfolio of office, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use retail and commercial properties, as well as seeking out new business development opportunities for the company in the Western United States.

Mr. Kuklish brings more than 33 years of experience in the field of property management, leasing and development, with his primary focus centered on all commercial and healthcare related properties.

Prior to his return to California, Mr. Kuklish was Executive Vice President and Director of PMRG’s national healthcare initiative directing medical acquisitions, management and leasing in coordination with each of the company’s operating divisions.

Prior to leading the national healthcare platform, Mr. Kuklish led the Pacific Rim Division where he was responsible for property management and leasing activities in the Northwest Region and Hawaiian Islands.

Mr. Kuklish served as a principal with KCS Properties which merged with Prentiss Properties Trust in 1997. As Regional Director, he was responsible for overseeing all real estate management activities for the Northwest Region.

Mr. Kuklish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Business from Arizona State University. He serves as Past President of the Sacramento Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Additionally, he is the former Chairman of the Medical Office Buildings Committee for BOMA International and served on the BOMA International Executive Committee in charge of oversight of policies and procedures for BOMA International worldwide. Most recently, Mr. Kuklish also served on the BOMA 360 council as the lead Auditor for 300 Class “A” office building designees, a BOMA International program aimed at recognizing industry best-practices in building management and operations.
