As Chairman and CEO, Rick Kirk directs all aspects of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) operations. As an experienced leader in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Kirk brings PMRG a focused approach to strategic development planning, strong systems and quality operations, and personnel development.

Mr. Kirk came to PMRG after an 18-year career with Prentiss Properties. There he was responsible for directing all aspects of management and leasing of a national portfolio that included premier projects such as Dallas' Bank One Center, Franklin Square in Washington, D.C., the Atlantic Center in Atlanta, 601 California in San Francisco, 6500 Wilshire in Los Angeles, and Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kirk first joined the commercial real estate industry as a financial analyst. After stints in accounting and finance he moved into property management and leasing with responsibility for Prentiss' 42 million square foot portfolio.

Mr. Kirk earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jimmy Gunn President, Property Services

As President of Property Services, Jimmy Gunn is responsible for oversight of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Property Services division. Property Services includes all property management, leasing, construction management, engineering and facility management services.

Mr. Gunn brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined PMRG from Prentiss Properties, where he headed a large eastern region portfolio of office and industrial properties for numerous institutional and private investors. After beginning his real estate career with Cadillac Fairview Urban Development, where he oversaw the management of several premier properties, including Dallas' Bank One Center and MCenter Complex, he served as senior manager for the One Atlantic Center complex in Atlanta.

Mr. Gunn holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Texas, where he lettered for two NCAA National Champion Football Teams.  He studied real estate finance and asset management at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Gunn's professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where he has served on the organization's Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Wm. Roger Gregory EVP & CFO

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Wm. Roger Gregory, is responsible for PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) financial and information technology policies, equity financing and joint venture relationships.

Mr. Gregory came to PMRG after an eight year career with Arthur Andersen LLP. At Andersen, Mr. Gregory was a Senior Manager in their Commercial Services Group.  He managed a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on the real estate and services sectors. He spent the majority of his career at Andersen managing the Hines Engagement, a Houston based real estate company, and spent his final two years as a lead manager on Andersen's largest client.

Mr. Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant registered in both Texas and Louisiana and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.

Ernest Johnson EVP, Capital Markets

As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Ernest Johnson is responsible for identifying sources of capital and debt to assist the company with its private investment offerings. Mr. Johnson is also responsible for tracking the changing real estate market conditions to seek opportunities which can capitalize on PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) extensive operational platform.

Mr. Johnson brings more than 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined PMRG as Senior Vice President of the Western Division and was promoted to Executive Vice President six months later. Mr. Johnson has worked as a consultant and advisor to healthcare systems to assist them in the evaluation of their non-acute care real estate.  He has been successful in developing strategies that allow healthcare systems to dispose of their properties while maintaining operational control over the future use of these assets.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Western Regional Manager for JMB Properties Company. During his career in real estate, Mr. Johnson has worked throughout the United States including positions in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte and Orlando.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Auburn University. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Lone Star Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Board of Directors of PUSH America, a national philanthropy that works with college students to raise awareness and funding for people with disabilities.

John Dailey EVP, Managing Director, Investment Services

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, John Dailey is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition strategies on behalf of PM Realty Group (PMRG) and the firm's clients.

Mr. Dailey brings more than 25 years of experience in all product types and is respected as a top Houston investment sales broker. His primary specialization and expertise is in dealing with transactions involving office buildings and medical facilities for numerous local and national clients. Since joining PMRG, Mr. Dailey has successfully assisted clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of nearly $1 billion worth of real estate. Dailey's notable clientele includes JPMorgan Chase, ING, Koll Bren Schreiber, The Praedium Group, LNR Properties, Baptist Health Systems (Alabama), The Methodist Hospital (Houston), Tenet Healthcare, Medcap Properties, and The Wells Funds.

Prior to joining PMRG,  Mr. Dailey was a leading producer at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company where he represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of over $135 million of transactions involving office buildings, retail centers, apartment complexes, and vacant land.  Mr. Dailey was the firm's "Top Producer" in Texas for three consecutive years and also earned Marcus & Millichap's "National Achievement Award" for each of those years. Prior to associating with Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Dailey enjoyed a nine-year career in the commercial office leasing business.

Mr. Dailey graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Harvard University Clubs of NYC and Houston and had acted as the Houston chapter's Co-Chairman of its prestigious Schools and Scholarships Committee over an unprecedented 16 year period. Mr. Dailey currently sits on the Board of Directors of Wallis State Bank in Houston. He is married with two children and enjoys both golf and tennis activities.

Glen Perkins EVP, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Glen Perkins is a member of the company's Investment Committee for Acquisitions and Development and directly responsible for the vision, growth, and profitability of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) development business. Mr. Perkins leads the team's strategic approach, capitalization efforts and joint ventures while identifying new business opportunities on a broad spectrum of initiatives.

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, his depth of experience encompasses all product types and facets of development, financial feasibility, investment analysis, transaction structuring, asset management, acquisition/disposition, leasing, and brokerage.  As a former President and Divisional Partner with Trammell Crow Central Residential, Mr. Perkins also has significant experience in the residential sector.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Perkins built an extensive career with R&B Commercial Real Estate Services. He and his partners acquired R&B Commercial in the early nineties and several years later sold their company to a publically traded real estate firm. This gave Mr. Perkins the unique opportunity to join PMRG to create a national development platform for the company, further expanding its comprehensive real estate services offered to corporations, investors and healthcare providers.  

Since the inception of the Development Group in 2000, PMRG has directed over $1.6 billion in development/construction management assignments and has completed, under construction, or in design, over $400 million in ground up development projects.

Mr. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Pat Rains EVP, Risk Management & Human Resources

As Executive Vice President of Risk Management and Human Resources, Pat Rains oversees the company's risk management program and human resource operations on a global basis.  Ms. Rains is responsible for providing strategic oversight and senior management support for all human resources matters, including employee relations, staffing and recruitment, diversity and benefits.  Ms Rains also serves as the company's Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company's global risk management framework including  insurance, health, safety and environmental and enterprise risk management functions.

Ms. Rains brings more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, all with PM Realty Group. Her tenure and experience provide a framework for an in-depth understanding of the company's business models allowing her to serve as a business partner to our senior operations team to facilitate the delivery of the company's strategic goals.

 
Prior to her current position, Ms. Rains served in the company's accounting and finance groups for over 20 years holding both property/client services and corporate roles.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Houston and the Risk & Insurance Management Society, Inc. (RIMS)

Sommer Bukowski SVP, Director of Marketing & Communications

As Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing & Communications, Sommer Bukowski is responsible for implementing and managing marketing programs aimed at increasing the presence, recognition and value of PM Realty Group (PMRG). 

Mrs. Bukowski brings more than 13 years of experience directing marketing programs.  Prior to joining PMRG, Mrs. Bukowski served as Vice President of Marketing at The Staubach Company, a real estate service firm based in Dallas. In this role, she was responsible for managing and developing two brands, Staubach Retail and Cypress Equities; national and regional advertising programs; public relations and web/technology projects.

Before establishing her marketing career in the real estate industry, Mrs. Bukowski served as the director of marketing for the American Heart Association, where she remains an active member. In addition, she serves as a board member of the American Marketing Association, serves on the advisory board for Yellowstone Academy, and is an active volunteer with the Houston Junior League.

Mrs. Bukowski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.

Dave Parker EVP, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Eastern Divisional Office, Dave Parker oversees a portfolio of 26 million square feet from Florida to Boston.

Mr. Parker brings more than 27 years of greatly diversified experience in areas including development, leasing, property management, finance, and investment sales. During that time, Mr. Parker has marketed, leased and sold more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Parker was a Senior Vice President with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc., a regional full service real estate firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Parker opened the Northern Virginia office, directing the firm's efforts to expand its brokerage business in that market. Between 1992 and 1996, Mr. Parker managed the Mid-Atlantic office at Prentiss Properties, overseeing a seven million square foot portfolio located in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and suburban New Jersey. Leasing, property management, construction management, and facilities services were provided to institutional investors and major U.S. corporations.

Mr. Parker is a graduate of Williams College and Columbia University. He was formerly Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and the President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. Additionally, Mr. Parker has served on various task forces and work groups at the Washington Board of Trade, Loudoun County, Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and INOVA Health System. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Loudoun Cares.

Wade Bowlin EVP, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Central Division, Wade Bowlin is responsible for all aspects of the division's operations including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development and client relations for PMRG's portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties; a portfolio that totals over 65 million square feet.

Mr. Bowlin brings more than 24 years of experience in real estate with the last 16 years involved in the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of many large transactions of over 100,000 square feet such as EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, STM Mortgage in Dallas, Texas, and TCIM in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston's “Heavy Hitter's” by the Houston Business Journal for the past ten years.

Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of Texas Tech University and serves on the Advisory Board of the Houston Office Guide and Black's Guide. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Jim Proehl EVP, Managing Director
Western Division

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director for PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Western Division, James Proehl is responsible for managing a portfolio of over 20 million square feet in 11 western states with a staff of over 225 real estate professionals. Mr. Proehl's success with coordinating the repositioning of numerous projects and transitioning large multi-building portfolios in his 15 years with PMRG has helped fuel the growth of the Western Division.

Mr. Proehl brings more than 18 years of diversified real estate experience in asset management, development, finance and property management. Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Proehl held the position of Development Manager for Tooley & Company where he managed the development of two high-rise Class A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 square feet.  As a Senior Asset Manager with Metropolitan Life, Mr. Proehl managed a Colorado and Kansas commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $300 million, including office buildings, hotels and retail centers.

Mr. Proehl began his real estate career at Williams Realty Corporation, where he was an Associate Development Director with responsibilities for coordinating the legal, planning, financial, design and construction management for two mixed-use projects in Kansas City and San Antonio.  In addition to his development experience at Williams, Mr. Proehl gained a thorough understanding of the financial reporting requirements of working for a publicly traded company.

Mr. Proehl holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa with an emphasis in real estate and a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Bruce Edwards EVP, Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Operations, Bruce Edwards is responsible for the quality and efficiency of property management functions as well as facility, engineering and construction services at PM Realty Group (PMRG).
      
Mr. Edwards brings 38 years of experience in engineering and construction management. He is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the PMRG Engineering Quality Control Program. As an integral part of PMRG's Real Estate Standards Training Team, Mr. Edwards actively participates in the training of administrative, engineering and management personnel across the nation. As a measure of assurance to guarantee the proper implementation of the PMRG Real Estate Standards, Mr. Edwards participates in the Performance Management Review processes conducted at key facilities across the nation.

Mr. Edwards' responsibilities involve corporate support and oversight of engineering and sustainability management for 172 million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial properties. He has diverse experience in the developmental design, operations, construction, and renovation of commercial office buildings. As a member of the United States Green Building Council, Mr. Edwards provides guidance for LEED certification and other sustainability projects nationwide. He also has substantial knowledge of data center design, construction and operation, including extensive experience with Uninterrupted Power Source Systems (UPS), emergency and prime power generator installations, dedicated HVAC systems, environmental air quality systems, and fire suppression systems. Mr. Edwards has also conducted extensive surveys and evaluations of data center operations for PMRG's clients throughout the United States.  With his working background in both electrical and mechanical distribution systems, structural and mechanical retrofits, energy conservation and automation retrofits as well as an extensive knowledge in the field of environmental management, Mr. Edwards is able to provide valuable support to PM RG's clients.

Robert Dunlap SVP, Facility Services

As Senior Vice President of Facility Services, Robert Dunlap serves as Account Executive over a portfolio of JPMorgan Chase facilities across 38 states and Western Canada. In this capacity, Mr. Dunlap is responsible for managing the engineering services account with more than 600 employees, providing building maintenance, energy management, preventive maintenance, training and quality control for more than 52 million square feet of facility space.

Mr. Dunlap brings more than 25 years of experience. Prior to the JPMorgan Chase assignment, he was responsible for the start up activities of PM Realty Gulf Group, the firm's first overseas real estate business venture. As Director of Operations, he was involved with management, real estate advisory and property engineering services for international clients in Dubai, U.A.E., Bahrain and Qatar.

Before his Middle East assignment, Mr. Dunlap supervised the management, engineering and administrative services for the JPMorgan Chase portfolio of 168 properties located in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Louisiana and California. He managed a staff of 162 employees assigned to the 8.5 million square feet portfolio that included corporate buildings, retail banks, data centers and call centers, all of which operated on a $43,000,000 annual budget. He served as team leader for all "aggressively sourced" services for the Chase properties during this ten year assignment. He has also participated in several large central plant retrofits, fire alarm system installations, elevator modernization and code compliance projects.

Mr. Dunlap also served as Senior Property Manager for the Greenspoint Plaza complex in Houston for Friendswood Development Company (Exxon). The property was a mixed use commercial office and retail complex of six buildings (2.1 million square feet). During his four years at Greenspoint, He participated on the project team that developed the Anadarko Tower building (450,000 square feet), was awarded BOMA's Building of the Year honor for the Greenspoint Six building, and was named PM Realty Group Manager of the Year. Prior to joining PMRG, he served as Administrative Services Manager for major oil companies in Houston.

Mr. Dunlap is a graduate of Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the Corporate Real Estate Network and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
