As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Eastern Divisional Office, David Parker oversees a portfolio of 26 million square feet.

Mr. Parker brings more than 26 years of greatly diversified experience in areas including development, leasing, property management, finance, and investment sales. During that time, Mr. Parker has marketed, leased and sold more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Parker was a Senior Vice President with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc., a regional full service real estate firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Parker opened the Northern Virginia office, directing the firm's efforts to expand its brokerage business in that market. Between 1992 and 1996, Mr. Parker managed the Mid-Atlantic office at Prentiss Properties, overseeing a seven million square foot portfolio located in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and suburban New Jersey. Leasing, property management, construction management, and facilities services were provided to institutional investors and major U.S. corporations.

Mr. Parker is a graduate of Williams College and Columbia University. He was formerly Chairman of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission and the President of the Dulles Area Transportation Association. Additionally, Mr. Parker has served on various task forces and work groups at the Washington Board of Trade, Loudoun County, Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and INOVA Health System. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Loudoun Cares.

Sally Elliott SVP, Management and Operations, Eastern Division

As Senior Vice President of Management and Operations, Sally Elliott is responsible for oversight of all of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) property management, engineering, and construction management activities in the Eastern Division. 

Ms. Elliott brings more than 25 years of industry experience. Her “hands-on” style is reflected by her commitment to stellar tenant relations and a deep interest in providing on-going training programs for her staff. Her background includes demonstrated levels of expertise in personnel development, tenant relations, business plan development, due diligence, contract negotiations, client relationships and business development. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Elliott ran her own company, Elliott Consulting Services, Inc., where she provided real estate consulting services to a number of property owners throughout the Southeast. 

Prior to forming her company, Ms. Elliott served as the Vice President of the Southeast Region for Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc., where she had oversight responsibilities for a large office and industrial portfolio owned by several national and international investor groups. 

Ms. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Alabama. She is an active member of the Atlanta Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), having earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation; is a past member of the board of directors for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she holds the Certified Property Manager designation, and Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta, where she serves on the Board of Directors.

Mark Chapman SVP, Director Northeast Region, Eastern Division

As Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Boston Region, Mark Chapman is responsible for all aspects of the region's operation, providing strategic real estate services to various institutional investors, private equity firms and lenders. The region's current portfolio includes 9 million square feet of mixed-use, office and industrial properties located in six states.

Mr. Chapman brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining PMRG, he served as Vice President and Director of REO for Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for strategic planning, asset & property management, leasing, dispositions and litigation management for a portfolio of distressed assets and troubled loans.

Prior to his time at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Chapman served as Vice President and Regional Manager for AMB Property Corporation where he directed leasing, asset management, financial administration and redevelopment activities in New Jersey, New York, Boston, Charlotte and Toronto markets.

Mr. Chapman also served as President of Security Capital Group Incorporated's research affiliate, where he managed a team of 15 professionals providing economic, financial and real estate investment research to the various Security Capital affiliates. He also served as Vice President of Asset Management for Copley Real Estate Advisors, an affiliate of New England Mutual Life, where directed asset management for the firm's East Coast assets valued in excess of $1.5 billion.

Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University and  attended graduate school at DePaul University. He is a CFA Charter Holder, a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS), the Real Estate Investment & Acquisitions Council (REIAC), the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).

Bill Weghorst SVP, Director Atlanta Region, Eastern Division

As Senior Vice President and Director of the Atlanta Region, Bill Weghorst is responsible for overseeing PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) long term strategies for the entire Atlanta portfolio. He is responsible for leasing at such prominent Atlanta landmarks as One Glenlake, The Lenox Building, Piedmont Place and NorthChase.  

Mr. Weghorst brings more than 20 years of office leasing experience in the Atlanta market. He has completed more than 1,000 lease transactions totaling in excess of 6.0 million square feet and with an aggregate dollar value of more than $100 million. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Weghorst was Senior Vice President of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of approximately 4.5 million square feet of office space throughout Atlanta. His portfolio included major urban high-rise towers and multi-building suburban mid-rise developments.  
 
Mr. Weghorst served as Senior Managing Director for Insignia/ESG prior to the firm's merger with CBRE.  During his tenure with Insignia/ESG, he gained recognition as one of the city's most creative and aggressive third-party leasing agents.  

Before joining Insignia/ESG, Mr. Weghorst was a Director for CSFB Realty Corporation, where he helped open their Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta and provided tenant and landlord expertise. Prior to joining CSFB, he worked at Prentiss Properties for ten years as a Director of Marketing. 

During his career he has leased many prominent Atlanta office properties including Bank of America Plaza, Centennial Tower, Lakeside Commons, RiverEdge Place and 2100 RiverEdge, Piedmont Center Bldg 14, Northlake Office Park, Tower Place 100, One Georgia Center, Cumberland Office Park, 1117 Perimeter Center West, Crescent Centre, and the Peachtree Lenox Building. 

Mr. Weghorst has been voted one of the “Top 10 Leasing Agents in Atlanta” by industry peers at Dorey's Industry Choice Awards and received the “2004 Power Broker Award” by CoStar Group, which recognizes Atlanta's Top 25 brokers based on leasing activity for the year.  He is a graduate of Baylor University and an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), where he was a charter member of the Million Dollar Club.  He also sits on the Advisory Boards for CoStar and Dorey's.

Charles "Chip" Roach SVP, Leasing, Eastern Division

As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Chip Roach is responsible for the day to day leasing and marketing activity of approximately 1.3 million square feet of office space throughout the city of Atlanta.  Mr. Roach is currently responsible for the leasing of such prominent buildings as One Capital City Plaza, Piedmont Place, The Peachtree Lenox Building, Mansell One & Two, and Peachtree Ridge. 

Mr. Roach brings more than 25 years of diversified experience in asset management, business development, leasing, sales and project management. In 2005, he was named the Third Top Producer in Atlanta by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). 

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Roach was Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Technology Park/Atlanta, Inc., where he was responsible for the leasing activity of approximately 3.5 million square feet of office space, land sales and build-to-suits in the 650 acre Technology Park and 2,000 acre Johns Creek mixed use development. 

Prior to joining Technology Park/Atlanta, Inc., Mr. Roach was the Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management for the Southeast Region of Prentiss Properties. Prior to that, he was Vice President/Regional Manager at Leggat McCall Properties Management L.P., a Boston commercial real estate firm. Additionally, he has held several senior level positions at other Atlanta firms, including Vice President at New Market Development and Director of Leasing/Marketing at Peachtree Corners, Inc.   

Mr. Roach is a fourth generation native Atlantan and a graduate of the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a trustee of the Atlanta Rugby Foundation.  He is also a multi-year member of the NAIOP and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Clubs. Dean Giordano SVP, Leasing, Eastern Division
As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Dean Giordano is responsible for leasing 2.0 million square feet of office product throughout metro Atlanta. Mr. Giordano oversees all aspects of project marketing and leasing services for institutional clients. 

Mr. Giordano brings more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has completed $400 million in commercial real estate transactions during his career and has leased many prominent Atlanta office properties including Bank of America Plaza, The Equitable Building, The Lenox Building, Riverwood 100, Piedmont 14, and Two Ravinia. 

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Giordano was with ING Clarion where he was responsible for 2.5 million square foot office portfolio within the metro-Atlanta market. He was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations and leasing process including; building presentation, financial analysis, lease negotiation, construction management, project budgeting, and market analysis for each asset. He was also responsible for development and implementation of the project budget and marketing plans for each asset. He provided services in all acquisition and disposition efforts within the Atlanta market including market research and project analysis.   

Prior to ING Clarion, Mr. Giordano was the leasing director for 2 million square foot office and industrial portfolio with Lincoln Property Company. Giordano assisted senior LPC staff in business development and generated full office market surveys, preparing client leasing reports, site selection analysis, and client services. 

Mr. Giordano holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in Finance and Real Estate and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Joe Lugiano VP, Engineering and Construction, Eastern Division
As Vice President of Engineering & Construction Services, Joseph Lugiano is responsible for oversight and administration of property management, engineering operations and construction management for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of CBD and East End office and suburban properties. 

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Lugiano was employed by Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc. as the Chief Engineer of a 21 acre Class “A” office park building under construction. In this capacity, he directed a crew of three engineers and day porters.  During his tenure with Prentiss, he was responsible for a 12-man crew during the “start up” of a 1.3 million square foot class “A” office Building. 

Previously, Mr. Lugiano served as a member of the design team for the development and design of storm water management, sanitary sewer and grading plans for William H. Gordon & Associates, providing training for draftsmen in design and drafting. 

Mr. Lugiano holds a Master HVAC Contractors License from the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is certified in “Universal” CFC from Ferris State University.  He has completed additional training in air conditioning and refrigeration from the National Association of Power Engineers and is in pursuit of an Associate's Degree at the Northern Virginia Community College in Woodbridge, Virginia. 

Mr. Lugiano has extensive training in building start-up to include chillers and variable frequency drives, cooling tower operation and maintenance, elevator control and operation, fire alarm system operation and maintenance, water treatment, load curtailment and switchgear operation and maintenance, centrifugal pump and plumbing systems operation.

Wade Bowlin EVP, Managing Director, Central Division

Mr. Bowlin brings more than 24 years of experience in real estate with the last 16 years involved in the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of many large transactions of over 100,000 square feet such as EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, STM Mortgage in Dallas, Texas, and TCIM in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston's “Heavy Hitter's” by the Houston Business Journal for the past ten years.

Scott Kuklish EVP, Director, Medical Real Estate Services, Central Division

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Medical Property Services, Scott Kuklish oversees PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) national medical real estate services division. In this position, Scott is responsible for the property management and leasing activities for a national portfolio of healthcare properties, as well as seeking out acquisition opportunities for medical office buildings and hospitals throughout the United States.

Mr. Kuklish brings more than 26 years of experience in the field of property management. His primary focus is on commercial and healthcare related property management issues. Before relocating to Texas, Mr. Kuklish was the Senior Vice President and Director of the PMRG Pacific Rim Division in Hawaii, where he was responsible for management activities in the Hawaiian Islands and the Northwest Region.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Kuklish served as a principal with KCS Properties for 13 years, which was acquired by Prentiss Properties Trust in 1997. As Regional Director, he was responsible for overseeing all Real Estate Management Activities for the Northwest Region.

Mr. Kuklish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Business from Arizona State University. He serves as Past President of the Sacramento Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  Additionally, he is a Past Chairman of the Medical Office Buildings Committee for BOMA International and on the BOMA International Executive Committee, in charge of oversight of policies and procedures for BOMA international worldwide. Most recently, he was appointed to serve on the BOMA 360 Council, a BOMA International program aimed at recognizing industry best practices in building management and operations.

Charlotte Liberda SVP, Director of Property Management, Central Division

As Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management, Charlotte Liberda supervises all of PM Realty Group (PMRG) Central Division Property Management operations, ensuring clients goals and objectives are exceeded, asset values are enhanced and quality control initiatives are achieved. 

Ms. Liberda brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in both the corporate and commercial arenas and in disciplines that include property management, portfolio management, financial analysis, and leasing.  

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Liberda served as Global Facilities Director for Mary Kay, Inc., the international cosmetics firm.  Her duties included oversight of property management for Mary Kay's 2.1 million square feet of owned facilities as well as administration of over 125 corporate leases for 1.8 million square feet of leased space. 

Ms. Liberda's tenure at Mary Kay was preceded by her role as Director of Property Management Systems for Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc. where her responsibilities encompassed quality control, property management training, national service agreements, and operational audits for Prentiss' 42 million square foot national portfolio. She began with Prentiss Properties as a senior project accountant and financial analyst before joining the Property Management division, where her duties included both CBD and suburban office properties. 

Ms. Liberda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University, graduating with highest honors.  She has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a candidate for Real Property Administrator (RPA) status with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

As Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing for PM Realty Group's Houston Region, John Spafford is directly responsible for all marketing and leasing activities for Bank of America Center, a 1.27 million square foot Class A office tower in Downtown Houston. He also oversees the activities of the Houston region leasing team on a portfolio of over 12 million square feet of office space in 90 buildings throughout Houston.   

Mr. Spafford brings more than 25 years of experience in the Houston real estate market and has been named one of the top 25 “Power Brokers” in Houston. He has been responsible for leasing office buildings throughout Houston for M-M Properties and the General Electric Pension Trust, Kan Am, KBS Realty Advisors and ING Clarion. Mr. Spafford previously served as Leasing Manager for the First City Texas Houston office portfolio which included three office buildings in Downtown Houston comprising two million square feet.  Mr. Spafford has also acted as consultant for firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, JPMorgan Chase and Bank One Texas.

Melissa Key SVP, Property Management, Central Division
As Senior Vice President of Property Management, Melissa Key oversees PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) operations throughout the Dallas area to ensure quality services and attainment of client goals.

Ms. Key brings more than 24 years experience in the real estate industry, ranging from oversight of property operations in both owner-managed and third party environments to financial analysis of real estate assets.

After beginning her real estate career with Gerald Hines in Houston, Ms. Key spent 13 years with Prentiss Properties in various positions, ultimately serving as Vice President. In addition to managing CBD high-rises, she was involved in development projects and new business development. During her tenure at Prentiss Ms. Key was instrumental in developing training classes and company-wide standards, and in her capacity as Vice President, she was responsible for the oversight of property operations and employees for the Southwest Region.
In addition to an extensive background in commercial property management, Ms. Key has experience in related real estate industries. She served as Executive Director for a retail facility management association, overseeing daily operations and coordinating an annual 3-day national educational conference. In this role, Ms. Key also oversaw the development, implementation and marketing of a professional certification program offered through the association. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President for SiteStuff, a real estate technology firm, where she was responsible for all customer facing operations and employees.

Ms. Key holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Houston, where she graduated with honors and is a member the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Doug Demiano SVP, Development and Aquisitions, Central Division

As Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, Doug Demiano is responsible for the development and acquisition activities for PM Realty Group in the Houston market.

Mr. Demiano brings more than 20 years of real estate experience involving the commercial, industrial and retail real estate markets, including all aspects of site acquisitions, development, financial analysis, leasing, and property/facilities management experience.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Amegy Bank of Texas (an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation). He was responsible for acquisitions, banking center distribution strategy and corporate office development for Amegy's real estate portfolio, which totaled over a million square feet. He also worked with the bank's REO group in repositioning assets and taking them to market for disposition.

Mr. Demiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the urban Land Institute (ULI). Betty Pritchett SVP, Controller, Central Division

As Senior Vice President and Controller, Betty Pritchett oversees the financial reporting of the Central Division. Ms. Pritchett directs a staff of managers, accountants and support personnel to deliver consistently accurate, timely, and complete financial reports to the clients that rely on PM Realty Group. Her special expertise includes application of the windows based technology platforms of Management Reports Inc. property accounting software.

Ms. Pritchett brings more than 20 years of accounting, budgeting, management, strategic planning, treasury, information system and human resources experience.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Ms. Pritchett served as Controller for regional firm Stanley Martin Commercial in Vienna, VA, and as CFO for Stout & Teague Management in Washington, DC. She maintained her own consulting practice from 1991 through 1995 after spending five years as Controller for Prentiss Properties. Ms. Pritchett began her career at Arthur Andersen and spent several years with Gerald D. Hines Interests as a Senior Accountant.

Ms. Pritchett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Bob Filbert SVP, Engineering and Construction Services, Central Division
As Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services for PM Realty Group (PMRG), Robert Filbert is responsible for the oversight and administration of the engineering operations for approximately 8 million square feet of commercial property in the Central Region.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Filbert served as Director of Engineering for the Dallas area with CB Richard Ellis. In his capacity, he was responsible for approximately 7 million square feet of commercial and industrial property along with capital projects and tenant improvement.

Mr. Filbert is a graduate of Texas State Technical Institute and Collin County Community College. He is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Nathan Durham SVP, Leasing, Central Division

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Dallas Region, Nathan Durham is responsible for selectively obtaining leasing and management assignments in Dallas, Texas for PM Realty Group (PMRG) clients. 

Mr. Durham brings more than 10 years of experience in the Dallas real estate market. His recent accomplishments include the pre-leasing of Saint Ann Court, a Class AA Uptown new development to 44%. Signed tenants included Amegy Bank, Erasmus Advisors, Aldus Equity and McGuire, and Craddock & Strother.  In addition, he obtained some of the highest rental rates in Dallas and increased occupancy to 100% at The Rolex Building, 2828 N. Harwood, The Centex Building and The Jones Day Building, which are all class AA developments in Uptown.  

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Durham was Director of Leasing for Harwood International's Dallas Office Division where he was involved in over 1.65 million square feet of transactions from 1999 to 2007 in the majority of submarkets in the Dallas Region. He previously worked as a Leasing Representative and Leasing Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle. 

Mr. Durham holds a Management degree from The University of Texas at Austin and attended The University of Richmond on a football scholarship before transferring to The University of Texas. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas, a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC) where he was selected to the 2003/2004 Associate Leadership Council, ALC Alumni and the Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM) of America.

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Central Division, Duane Henley is responsible for leasing and brokerage activities in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.  

Mr. Henley brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, leasing and sales, with extensive experience in high-end commercial office property and mixed-use developments. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Henley spent two years with Brandywine Realty Trust as Director of Marketing. In 2006, Brandywine Realty Trust acquired Prentiss Properties Trust where he worked 17 years as Director of Marketing and was consistently a top producer.  He was responsible for marketing and leasing diverse real estate products including speculative office developments, mixed-use and build-to-suits in the CBD and suburbs of Dallas/Ft Worth and Austin. He has completed over 757 leases totaling more than 11.4 million square feet.  

Mr. Henley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NATCAR). He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Dallas Region, Kurt Cherry is responsible for leasing approximately 700,000 square feet of space in properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

Mr. Cherry brings more than 25 years of experience exclusively representing landlords and has consistently consummated numerous lease transactions annually, successfully representing institutional owners such as:  Aetna Life Insurance; BGK Equities; Cuna Mutual Insurance; First National Bank of Chicago; Guaranty Federal Savings Bank; Hillwood Development; John Hancock Mutual Life; Koll Bren Realty Advisors; Lehman Bros.; and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance. 

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Cherry served as Marketing Director for Fults Realty where he was consistently recognized as a top producer for the Property Services division and was directly responsible for the marketing of an office portfolio throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  

Mr. Cherry holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington. Jim Proehl EVP, Managing Director, Western Division
As Executive Vice President and Managing Director for PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Western Division, James Proehl is responsible for managing a portfolio of over 20 million square feet in 11 western states with a staff of over 225 real estate professionals. Mr. Proehl's success with coordinating the repositioning of numerous projects and transitioning large multi-building portfolios in his 15 years with PMRG has helped fuel the growth of the Western Division.

Mr. Proehl brings more than 25 years of diversified real estate experience in asset management, development, finance and property management. Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Proehl held the position of Development Manager for Tooley & Company where he managed the development of two high-rise Class A office buildings, each in excess of 400,000 square feet.  As a Senior Asset Manager with Metropolitan Life, Mr. Proehl managed a Colorado and Kansas commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $300 million, including office buildings, hotels and retail centers.

Mr. Proehl began his real estate career at Williams Realty Corporation, where he was an Associate Development Director with responsibilities for coordinating the legal, planning, financial, design and construction management for two mixed-use projects in Kansas City and San Antonio.  In addition to his development experience at Williams, Mr. Proehl gained a thorough understanding of the financial reporting requirements of working for a publicly traded company.

Mr. Proehl holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa with an emphasis in real estate and a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Richard P. Jones SVP, Northwest and Pacific Regions, Western Division

As Senior Vice President, Rick Jones is responsible for all lines of business for a portfolio totaling over 7 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in Northern California and Hawaii. 

Mr. Jones brings more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has established himself as one of the top real estate professionals in Northern California. For much of his career with PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Jones was responsible for major build-to-suit office, retail and industrial developments, in addition to major capital and tenant improvement projects. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Jones held key positions at prestigious architectural, general contracting, and development firms in San Francisco. As an in-house project manager, he directed major projects for large corporate users, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of California and Westin Hotels. This diverse experience allows him to bring an unusual perspective to design and construction assignments. He has supervised complex multi-phased projects in occupied high sensitivity facilities, including data, office, retail and hotel uses.   

Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Washington State University and holds a General Contractor license and a Real Estate Sales license in California. His continuing education focuses on construction law, hazardous materials, and mechanical systems courses at the University of California, Berkley.  Mr. Jones has been a guest lecturer at several industry seminars and workshops.

Mark Mattis SVP, Leasing, Western Division

As Senior Vice President of Leasing for PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mark Mattis is directly responsible for leasing and investment sale activities for nearly 2 million square feet of office, medical office and industrial properties in the Southern California. Most recently he was awarded the leasing assignment for the Manhattan Towers project – a 390,000 square foot office complex owned by Wells Realty Trust.  He also completed two $30 million sales transactions on behalf of Broadreach Capital Partners and McCarthy & Cook Co. 

Mr. Mattis brings more than 23 years of experience. He began his career in commercial real estate brokerage with the West Los Angeles office of the Grubb & Ellis Company and Quantum Commercial Real Estate, where he focused his efforts on office leasing representing clients such as TCW Realty Advisors, JMB Properties Company (Heitman/JMB), Mitsui Real Estate USA, The Koll Company, GE Capital, Principal Capital Group and CDE Bank of Paris. His tenant representations included First Federal Bank of California, Otis Elevator Company, Chiat Day Mojo Advertising, Barry & Enright Productions, Zomba/Jive Records, the largest independent record company in the world, and John Candy, the actor. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Mattis served as Regional Director in Southern California for Prentiss Properties where he handled leasing/sales transactions for both the Prentiss Trust and the company's third-party clientele. His responsibilities included the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office and industrial projects on behalf of such institutional clients as TIAA-CREF, AMB Property Corporation, Health Care Property Investors, Kearny Real Estate Company, Clarion Partners, CALPERS and the Prentiss Properties Trust.   

Mr. Mattis is a graduate of the University of Arizona and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), and the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA), for which he serves as Executive Board Member. He is the chairman of the Annual Broker Challenge in Santa Monica – a philanthropy event which, since 1999, has netted an excess of $1.2 million for the beneficiary Family Services of Santa Monica.

John Rowen SVP, Operations and Engineering Services, Western Division
As Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering Services for PM Realty Group (PMRG), John Rowen oversees approximately 35 projects consisting of over 12,000,000 square feet and is responsible for the overall profitability for the Southern California Region. 

With a staff of over 50 real estate professionals, Mr. Rowen and his team excel at delivering a high level of customer service to our tenants, and increasing the value of the assets for our clients. 

Also responsible for providing technical support and oversight for a group of highly-trained operating engineers at the commercial, retail, medical and industrial properties managed by PMRG, Mr. Rowen works with ownership and management recommending operational changes to reduce costs and maximize efficiency. 

Mr. Rowen brings more than 40 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, and management, and has performed numerous operational due diligence inspections and reviews focusing on total facility systems, staffing, and the development of repair and retrofit strategies to improve asset value.  

Mr. Rowen attended school in Manchester, England and completed a comprehensive 5-year electrical and mechanical engineering apprenticeship before immigrating to the U.S. He worked for Byron Jackson in the power plant & nuclear industry followed by many years working as a hands-on engineer with SCE, United Airlines and Fluor Corporation before transitioning to the management side of the business. He has held senior management positions on both the ownership and contractor sides of the business with companies such as Fluor Corporation, The Irvine Company, OneSource, and Shorenstein, LLC.

Linda Gee SVP, Pacific Rim Region, Western Division

As Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Linda Gee is responsible for the oversight and delivery of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) full spectrum of real estate services in Hawaii, including the provision of property management, leasing, and brokerage services to its landlord, tenant and investment clients.  

Ms. Gee brings more than 35 years of experience in the Hawaii real estate industry with extensive experience in commercial property investment sales and acquisitions, consulting, leasing, and property management. She has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of office, retail and industrial properties valued in excess of $300,000,000, while representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of over 1,600,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space. 

Ms. Gee's previous experience includes opening and serving as Hawaii District Manager of Grubb & Ellis Company's Property Management Division. Upon acquiring the division's assets Ms. Gee formed The Landmark Property Corporation, which managed and leased 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property on three islands, including Restaurant Row, Manoa Marketplace, Pearl Kai and Westridge Shopping Centers, Azeka Place Shopping Center, Bank of America Building, Nimitz Business Center, The Imperial Plaza, and Kapalama Military Reservation. Landmark also served as project development coordinator of The Imperial Plaza, Nimitz Business Center, Bank of AmeriPca and Pearl Kai Center properties. 

When Landmark was sold to Koll Management Services, Ms. Gee was named President of Koll's Asia-Pacific Region, and then served as a vice president in CB Richard Ellis' brokerage division upon its merger with Koll, prior to joining PMRG in 1999. 

Ms. Gee holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a past-president of the IREM's Hawaii Chapter, an affiliate Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and a licensed Hawaii real estate broker.

Eileen Doody VP, Leasing

She has worked with developers on build-to-suit portfolios of medical space as well as representing the Irvine Company on their Medical portfolio.

Ms. Doody brings 20 years of experience in medical and commercial real estate brokerage and property management. In her 10 years with PM Realty Group, Ms. Doody has consistently contributed to the growth of the Health Services division by her numerous contacts and successes in the industry.

As Vice President of Brokerage Services, David Girty is responsible for leading the expansion of PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) Western Division brokerage team, based in Orange County, California. 

Mr. Girty brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry throughout Southern California. In the past 10 years, he has successfully completed over 300 sale/lease transactions totaling over 5.5 million square feet, with an aggregate value of over $930 million, earning the prestigious CoStar Group's “Power Broker” award during 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005. 

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Girty served as Director of Office Brokerage for Coreland Companies where he held key oversight and expansion responsibilities of the Leasing and Sales Divisional efforts within Southern California. He spent three years at Grubb & Ellis Company where he served as Senior Vice President/ Office Group. Previously, Mr. Girty served as Senior Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Services with overall brokerage and management responsibilities for the Orange County office. Mr. Girty began his brokerage career at Cushman & Wakefield of California.   

Mr. Girty has extensive experience in asset leasing/re-positioning, acquisition/disposition, financial analysis, account management and reporting. He has represented many international and national institutional real estate companies, corporate and private clients and individual investors.

Ken Arimitsu VP, Leasing, Western Division

Mr. Arimitsu brings more than 19 years of experience in investment brokerage services with a focus on institutional non-core and special assets. His depth of experience encompasses all major property types and facets of investment services, including exit strategy and valuation, acquisition and disposition brokerage strategies and adaptive property conversions and re-use.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Arimitsu served as Director of Investment Brokerage for Coreland Companies where he led the Investment Services Group and formed a National Golf Course Brokerage Team. He previously led the National Golf and Resort Services Group at Grubb and Ellis for 10 years.
With over 50 golf course sales, Mr. Arimitsu has represented clients such as Bank of America, Shea Homes, Arnold Palmer Golf, Blackstone Group, Textron Financial, Olympus REA, GE Capital, Walton Street Capital and Weyerhaeuser Financial. He is now recognized nationally as a leading expert in golf course and resort brokerage services. His skill set allows him to focus on individual investors and financial institutions that require localized professional expertise melded with the strength of a national platform.

Melanie Belger VP, Controller, Western Division
As Vice President and Controller of the Western Division, Melanie Belger is responsible for the financial reporting for the Western Division portfolio. This includes overall responsibility for the preparation of the monthly financial statements, as well as tenant billings.  Additional responsibilities include the coordination of annual audits, detailed financial projections, and special reports. 

Ms. Belger brings more than 25 years of experience in due diligence support for acquisitions and dispositions, coordination of property tax analysis and appeals, and detailed financial projections and special reports. Her previous experience also includes being responsible for the management of 5 accounting personnel in preparation of financial statements, coordination of tenant billings, and annual audits for 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate.  

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Ms. Belger managed the Development Accounting department of Shea Properties, owner/developer of 5.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail property. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, pro forma preparation, property valuation, cash flow forecasting, and coordination of CFD, construction and permanent financing for all horizontal and vertical development. 

Ms. Belger is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Corporate Finance. She serves on the boards for the USC Marshall School of Business Orange County and the Miracle League of Orange County.
