 ATLANTA, GA - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, has been hired by Carter’s Asset Management group for leasing assistance of Deerfield Corporate Centre One and Two, a Class A office complex located in Alpharetta at State Route (GA) 400 and Windward Parkway.
PMRG will assume the leasing of both of the Centre’s six-story buildings immediately, said Bill Weghorst, Senior Vice President and Director of PMRG’s Atlanta region. Located at 13010 Morris Road, Deerfield Corporate Centre is comprised of approximately 133,000 square feet of office space in each of its two buildings and is 92 percent leased.
“Leasing both buildings at Deerfield Corporate Centre is a great addition to PM Realty Group’s already diverse portfolio,” Weghorst said. “With amenities including a beautifully landscaped courtyard and marble stoned surface lobby, this 77-acre development brings first-class commercial luxury, as well as an excellent suburban office environment.”
PMRG’s senior vice presidents of leasing, Dean Giordano and Charles “Chip” Roach, will oversee leasing of Deerfield Corporate Centre.
With the addition of both Deerfield Corporate Centre buildings, PMRG’s Atlanta region now leases and/or manages approximately 19 million square feet of commercial real estate. Carter will continue to manage the property.
