As Vice President of Leasing for the Dallas Region, Mr. Libby is responsible for overseeing all leasing efforts of PM Realty Group's medical office portfolio. His areas of expertise include leasing, consulting, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Mr. Libby was Senior Leasing Associate for The Cirrus Group, where Mr. Libby was responsible for leasing a portfolio of eight medical office buildings consisting of over 550,000 square feet in California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas for Cirrus and HCP, Inc., the nation's largest healthcare real estate investment trust. In addition, Mr. Libby was responsible for managing two associates and their leasing of nine medical office buildings totaling 463,000 square feet throughout Texas.

Mr. Libby began his career in 2000 with Cawley International (now GVA Cawley), a full-service commercial tenant representation firm in Dallas, Texas. As a tenant representative, Mr. Libby was responsible for earning new business while also consulting and managing portfolios for national clients.

Mr. Libby holds a BA from Texas Tech University. He is a member of numerous state and local professional real estate organizations and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Texas and Oklahoma.
