HONOLULU, HI - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide full-service commercial real estate firm, has promoted Linda Gee to senior vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Pacific Rim region. In her new role, Gee will be responsible for directing PMRG’s regional growth through reinforcing existing client relationships, developing new client partnerships, creating potential acquisition opportunities and advising clients on maximizing asset values.
“Linda’s 35 years of experience in Hawaii’s real estate market will help us strategically plan our approach to doing business in an environment where property owners are rethinking financial projections and seeking guidance from professional advisors who can secure the value of their investments,” said Jim Proehl, executive vice president and managing director of PMRG’s Western division.
With her promotion, Gee fills the position recently left open by Scott Kuklish’s move to PMRG’s Corporate Office in Houston. Gee reports directly to Rick Jones, senior vice president - Northwest and Pacific regions. Matt Bittick, senior vice president - investment sales and leasing, will continue to head the Pacific Rim region’s brokerage division.
Prior to joining PMRG in 2000, Gee was president of Koll Management Services’ Asia-Pacific region, and then served as a vice president of CB Richard Ellis’ brokerage division upon its merger with Koll.
In addition to being designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Gee is a past president of IREM’s Hawaii chapter, an affiliate Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She also holds a Hawaii real estate license. |
