As Vice President of Property Management, Lund is responsible for management of diverse portfolios of office, retail, and industrial properties in the Houston, Texas area. Lund joined PM Realty Group in 2001 and has over 25 years commercial real estate experience in all phases of property operations, including management, leasing and construction.
Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Lund was Vice President/Division Manager of Operations with Koger Equity Inc., a publicly traded (NYSE) self- managed REIT specializing in office properties throughout the southeast and southwestern United States. He was responsible for directing all operational activities including property management, leasing, new construction, acquisitions and sales for a 5.6 million square foot portfolio of suburban office properties.
Prior to the role of Vice President of Operations/Division Manager, Lund was Vice President of Field Training for Koger Equity Inc., where he coordinated the development of the operational standards for property management and leasing for that organization. He conducted intensive on-site operations evaluations, training and staff development activities in their 21 locations throughout the southeast and southwestern United States.
Lund is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Florida and has attained the CCIM designation. |
