Anna Lange has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Lange joined PM Realty Group in 1988. Throughout her tenure, Anna has demonstrated her leadership, organization, accounting and management skills. These skills have been sharpened by her growth through each level of management continuing to her current position as Vice President / Portfolio Manager.

Mrs. Lange’s current responsibility includes leadership and portfolio management of approximately 1.7 million square feet of office, service and retail properties in The Woodlands.

Prior to her current role, she was responsible for the successful operation of the 3 million square foot Koll Bren Schreiber portfolio in Houston, 1.1 million square foot Cornerstone/Mass Mutual Houston portfolio and the 1.6 million square foot TCP Realty Houston portfolio. This includes overseeing all aspects of personnel, construction, physical management and financial analysis. Anna is well versed in ADA modifications, building renovations, ACM abatement, tenant renovation, property financial analysis and property transition through acquisition and disposition. She interfaces successfully and professionally with property owners and tenants alike as well as contractors and her staff, ensuring the successful development of the projects to meet both the Company’s and Client’s goals.

Lange holds a Real Property Administrator designation through the BOMI Institute. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Building Owners and Managers Association professional organizations. Lange serves on various committees within these organizations and is actively involved in community service activities.
