Rick Pfeil brings over ten valuable years of construction management experience to the Construction and Development Team.  As Director of Development Services, Rick directs all aspects of the daily construction operations for PM Realty Group.  His attentiveness and scheduling talents are a great asset to the Team.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Rick served as a Project Engineer and Manager for eight years with C.D. Henderson General Contractors.  His projects have included office buildings, warehouses, parking garages and jails totaling in excess of $70 million.   Rick's most notable project experience was the mixed-use Mockingbird Station project in Dallas including the Angelika Theater, retail and loft apartment phases totaling $55 million.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Construction Advisory & Appeals Board for the City of Carrollton and is Vice President of Membership for the Denton County Texas A&M Club.
