Penny Cosper has 20 years of experience in various facets of commercial property management.  Penny joined PM Realty Group in July 2002, initially managing eight office properties for Lennar Partners, totaling over 1.2 million square feet. She currently manages the Small Building and Industrial Division of the Dallas/Fort Worth region which now consists of five medical/office properties (multiple owners) totaling over 400,000 square feet.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Penny managed 23 office tech/industrial properties for Emerson Partners, Inc., totaling 1.8 million square feet, located throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Penny was employed by Fults Realty for the 14 years preceding her employment with Emerson Partners, where she served in several capacities, including property manager, assistant manager, internal auditor and accountant for multiple office and medical office properties.  One of her major accomplishments during her tenure with Fults is in managing the 300,000 square foot medical office building owned by St. Paul.

Penny has recently been awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a current Real Estate Salesman's License in the State of Texas.
