Lee Waters brings a broad base of experience across the real estate spectrum encompassing development, property management and leasing, investment brokerage, underwriting, due diligence, asset management, and lease audit.

At PM Realty Group, Lee's duties include Asset Management for the Medical Office Building properties, analysis of potential projects and preparation of investor and lender presentations, and provides due diligence and valuation support for the firm's acquisition and disposition activities nationwide.

Lee was most recently the Asset Manager for Harwood International. During her five year tenure there, she implemented a new budgeting software and reporting system for the international portfolio. Also, she created a Lease Process Manual, documenting all of the steps in the leasing process from the first call to move in.

Prior to Harwood, Lee was the Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst and Special Projects Coordinator for Fults Realty Corporation for 10 years. In addition to analytical support for all the divisions of the company (property management, tenant representation, and investment brokerage), Lee developed a standardized due diligence process that the company utilized for its client REITs and institutional owners.

Lee received a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from North Texas State University and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
