Lisa Johnston has more than 20 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate.  Johnston was recruited by PM Realty Group in February 2000 and currently oversees all property management operations, including on-site personnel management, in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Johnston came to PM Realty Group from CB Richard Ellis where she was the Director of Management Services in Dallas. Johnston had the opportunity to work with numerous property owners including KBS Realty Advisors, Post Properties, Myers & Crow, Crown Properties, National Life, IMC Investments, etc. and was responsible for the operation of 5 million square feet of commercial real estate.  Prior to her appointment as Director, Johnston worked with CB Richard Ellis as a Portfolio Manager for a 1 million square foot portfolio of office properties owned by KBS Realty Advisors.  Before the KBS portfolio, Johnston was fully responsible for the management and leasing of a portfolio of commercial properties owned by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company for 9 consecutive years.  At the point of disposition, the John Hancock portfolio of properties was 95% leased, had retained 80% of all Tenants and had increased the NOI by up to 250%.

In addition to her management expertise, Johnston has extensive leasing experience.  When associated with the Hall Real Estate Group, she was responsible for the marketing and leasing of 1,354,000 square feet in Dallas.  She also leased the John Hancock portfolio and the Dallas Communications Complex Six. 

Johnson has also worked with Koll Management Services, Swearingen Management Company, the Hall Real Estate Group, the Baldwin-Harris Company and Murray Financial Services. Johnston is a member of BOMA and IREM and a CPM candidate.
