Kurt Cherry is Senior Vice President of Leasing for the Dallas Region, responsible for leasing approximately 700,000 square feet of space in properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, he was Marketing Director for Kennedy Wilson International. Kurt was honored as the top producer for the Property Services division for 1999 and 2000 and has been directly responsible for the marketing of an office portfolio in excess of 1.5 million square feet of space and consisting of 11 properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area.  He has consistently consummated over 100 lease transactions annually and has successfully represented institutional owners such as:  Aetna Life Insurance; BGK Equities; Cuna Mutual Insurance; First National Bank of Chicago; Guaranty Federal Savings Bank; Hillwood Development; John Hancock Mutual Life; Koll Bren Realty Advisors; Lehman Bros.; and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance.

Mr. Cherry is a graduate of the University Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and Finance.  He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the Company of America Association of REALTORS, a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), and an IREM-CPM Candidate.
