Kerry R. Burden joined PM Realty Group as Vice President of Development and Construction Services of the Dallas Region in 2002. He previously held a position as a Partner and Senior Development Officer of Champion Partners, located in Dallas, Texas. Kerry's experience includes all components of the real estate development process and construction management services.

During his twenty-two years in commercial real estate, Kerry's responsibilities have included site selection; plan development, construction purchasing, construction management and project closeout. Over the last eleven years, Kerry has been responsible for developing over 12 million square feet of commercial office buildings, multi-family projects, and distribution centers for clients such as Nestle, Microsoft, Perrier, Hunt Wesson, State Farm, and Comp USA.

As Vice President of Development and Construction Services, Kerry is a key member of the real estate development team and is responsible for directing and managing major commercial renovations, build to suit projects and major tenant finish assignments for PM Realty Group's diverse client base.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M University. His civic and professional affiliations include serving as a member of The Real Estate Council and the Texas A & M Association of Former Students
