As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Glen Perkins is responsible for the development activity at PM Realty Group and is a member of the company’s Investment Committee for Acquisitions and Development. Glen is known for his ability to manage the investment and development process through team building, innovation, and diplomatic conflict resolution. His clients recognize him for his vision and ability to focus the development team on delivering maximum value, on time and on budget.

Glen’s thirty years of commercial experience encompasses all product types, involving all facets of development, investment analysis, acquisitions, leasing, management, and brokerage. Glen’s residential experience includes time as former President and Divisional Partner with Trammell Crow Central Residential, where he was responsible for one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the country. Glen came to PM Realty Group after an extensive career with R&B Commercial Real Estate Services. Glen and his partner’s acquired R&B Commercial in the early nineties and several years later sold their company to a publically traded real estate firm. Shortly thereafter, Glen joined PMRG to start its development group.

Glen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Urban Land Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
