Charlotte Liberda's 20-plus year background in the real estate industry encompasses both the corporate and commercial arenas and disciplines that include property management, portfolio management, financial analysis, and leasing.

Liberda currently supervises all of PM Realty Group Houston and Dallas area Property Management operations, ensuring clients goals and objectives are exceeded, asset values are enhanced and quality control initiatives are achieved.

Liberda joined PM Realty Group in 1998 and has been responsible for a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Texas. In 2001, Liberda coordinated and supervised the transition of an institutionally-owned portfolio consisting of 45 properties and 5.5 million square feet. Most recently, Liberda’s role was expanded to include supervision of all PM Realty Group Houston area Property Management, ensuring clients goals and objectives are being met or exceeded, asset values are enhanced and quality control initiative are achieved.

Liberda came to PM Realty Group from the Mary Kay, Inc., where she served as Global Facilities Director for the international cosmetics firm. Her duties included oversight of property management for Mary Kay's 2.1 million square feet of owned facilities as well as administration of over 125 corporate leases for 1.8 million square feet of leased space. Prior to joining Mary Kay, Liberda was the Director of Property Management Systems for Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc., where she had responsibility for quality control, manager training, national service agreements, and operations audits for Prentiss' 42 million square foot national portfolio. Liberda began with Prentiss Properties as a senior project accountant and financial analyst before joining the Property Management division, where her duties included both CBD and suburban office properties.

Liberda holds a BBA degree from Southwest Texas State University, graduating with highest honors. She has earned the Certified Property Manager designation from IREM, is a candidate for Real Property Administrator status with BOMA, and is a licensed real estate sales person in Texas.
