As Senior Vice President/Controller, Betty Pritchett oversees the financial reporting of the Central Division which encompasses approximately 45 million square feet.

Pritchett directs a staff of managers, accountants and support personnel to deliver consistently accurate, timely, and complete financial reports to the clients that rely on PM Realty Group. Her special expertise includes application of the windows based technology platforms of Management Reports Inc. property accounting software.

Betty joined PM Realty Group with 20 years accounting, budgeting, management, strategic planning, treasury, information system and human resources experience.

She has formerly served as Controller for regional firm Stanley Martin Commercial in Vienna, VA, and as CFO of Stout & Teague Management in Washington, DC. She maintained her own consulting practice 1991 through 1995, and served as Controller for Prentiss Properties Limited 1985 - 1990. She began her career with Arthur Andersen and spent several years with Gerald D. Hines Interests as a Senior Accountant.

Pritchett earned a BBA in Accounting at Texas A & M - Magna Cum Laude.
