Robert L. Filbert was recruited in 1999 by PM Realty Group as a Group Chief Engineer for the Dallas Region. In 2007, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services. In this position, Mr. Filbert’s responsibilities include oversight and administration of the engineering operations for approximately 5 million square feet of commercial property in the Dallas/Metroplex Region.

Prior to his employment with PM Realty Group, Filbert was employed by CB Richard Ellis as Director of Engineering for the Dallas Area. In his capacity Filbert was responsible for a eleven man crew of engineers for approximately 7 million square feet of commercial and industrial property along with capital projects and tenant improvement.

Filbert obtained his training through a three and one half year course at Texas State Technical Institute and has completed forty-two courses in additional training. Filbert is also continuing his education and is pursuit of an Associates Degree at Collin County Community College in Plano Texas. Filbert has extensive training in building start-up to include chillers and variable frequency drives, cooling towers operation and maintenance, fire alarm systems operation and maintenance, energy conservation and EMS systems along with switch gear and power distribution. Filbert also has a heavy background in construction and tenant improvements.
