DALLAS, TX - Mart Martindale has joined PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide, full-service commercial real estate firm, as Vice President, Investment Services. In this position, he will specialize in multi-family and industrial property asset sales, portfolio sales and asset evaluation.
 Martindale has a diverse commercial real estate background, with expertise in the sale of distressed assets on behalf of institutional clients and special servicers. Prior to joining PMRG, he led the investment sales division at Realty America Group. Over the course of his career, Martindale has been responsible for the sales and financing of more than three million square feet of multi-family, retail, office and industrial property totaling more than $250 million in transactions.
Martindale is active in several professional organizations including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and is a licensed Texas broker. |
