WASHINGTON, DC - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide, full-service commercial real estate firm, recently announced that the company has been retained by the National Property Board of Sweden to manage House of Sweden in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown submarket.
Situated on the banks of the Potomac River, this architecturally significant facility features office and conference space on the first three floors and corporate apartments on the top two. The building was built in 2006 and received Sweden’s most prestigious architecture award, the Kasper Salin Prize for best building, in 2007.
The current home of the Embassy of Sweden, the property is located at 2900 K St. NW.
“The House of Sweden management assignment bolsters PMRG’s already strong portfolio of foreign-owned properties in Washington D.C.,” said David Parker, PMRG executive vice president and managing director of the Eastern Division.
PMRG has worked with Japan’s Sumitomo Life Realty; Germany’s KanAm Group, TMW, Metzler North America; and numerous other international property companies.
PMRG vice president of operations, Tanya Seyfert, will oversee House of Sweden’s property management. |
