HOUSTON, TX - Andy Craigo has joined PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide, full-service commercial real estate firm, as development manager – a position created to support the firm’s expanding involvement in development projects. He will report directly to Rick Pfeil, PMRG’s director of development services.
 Craigo brings a diverse construction and planning background to his position. Prior to joining PMRG, his work with a national architectural firm included responsibility for the complete Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED®) documentation of a $24-million, award-winning new-construction school. Over the course of his career, he has managed projects totaling more than $200 million in construction costs.
Craigo is a LEED® accredited professional. His experience includes healthcare, senior living, corporate, commercial, K-12 and higher education projects. In addition to his role on project teams, he has served as a green building committee member. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from Texas A&M University. |
