Chris Stirling is responsible for identifying, underwriting and executing PM Realty Group’s development initiatives in Southern California, including mixed-use, office, retail and medical-related properties. With real estate experience spanning over thirty years, Chris has a strong background in entitlements, development, acquisitions, construction management and leasing to include extensive experience working with institution equity and the capital markets. Chris holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Redlands. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of California, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has earned a RPA® Certification from BOMA.
