ATLANTA, GA - PM Realty Group (PMRG) has been hired by Metzler Realty Advisors to manage One Buckhead Plaza, a Class A office tower at Peachtree and West Paces Ferry roads in Buckhead.
PM Realty Group will assume management of the 20-story tower at 3060 Peachtree Road effective immediately, said Bill Weghorst, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Atlanta region. The building, which has 461,669 square feet of office and retail space, is nearly 96 percent leased.
“One Buckhead Plaza is the premier office tower in the heart of Buckhead, and it is a great addition to PM Realty Group’s management portfolio,” Weghorst said. “The tower stands amid a group of upscale developments that include a St. Regis hotel and condo building and incredibly upscale retail space at The Streets of Buckhead. These developments will only enhance One Buckhead Plaza’s position.”
PM Realty Group’s Julie Motsinger will serve as general manager at One Buckhead Plaza and will report to Sally Elliott, senior vice president and director of operations of PMRG’s Eastern Division.
With the addition of One Buckhead Plaza, PMRG’s Atlanta region now leases and/or manages approximately 7.4 million square feet. |
