PM REALTY GROUP HIRED TO MANAGE 13-BUILDING PORTFOLIO

 Growth Continues for Firm’s Atlanta Region

ATLANTA, GA - PM Realty Group (PMRG), one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, has been awarded management of a 665,310-square-foot, 13- building portfolio owned by DBSI—Discovery Real Estate Services (DDRS), a nationwide buyer of investment grade commercial properties.

PMRG will assume management of the buildings effective immediately, according to Bill Weghorst, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Atlanta region. The metro Atlanta properties, most of which are located within the Northeast and North Fulton sub-markets, and their respective square footages are as follows:

“This sizable award strengthens PM Realty Group’s Atlanta management portfolio,” Weghorst said. “Being hired by a national player such as DDRS further distinguishes our standing within the marketplace.”

Beth Amos, a property manager with PMRG, will oversee management of the portfolio.

With the addition of the DDRS portfolio, PMRG’s Atlanta region now leases and/or manages approximately 7.4 million square feet of commercial real estate. PMRG’s Atlanta region also provides engineering services for more than 11 million square feet for JPMorgan Chase.
