DALLAS, TX - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that the company has been awarded the leasing and management assignment for 3100 Monticello, a Class A property in Dallas’ prestigious Preston Center submarket.
The nine-story building encompasses 175,344 square feet of prime leasing space. It is 95 percent leased and primary tenants are financial, oil and gas, attorneys, and management companies.
Located on the corner of Monticello and McKinney Avenues, the property is easily accessed from the North Central Expressway and Highland Park. Positioned near the start of the Katy Trail, nearby amenities include Javier’s restaurant and numerous retail and dining establishments within walking distance.
“The property’s proximity to Highland Park and Lakewood provides an ideal work environment for individuals and executives who want the convenience of living and working in the same area,” said Nathan Durham, PMRG senior vice president of leasing for the company’s Dallas office.
Built in 1984, the building was extensively renovated in 2006, including numerous cosmetic enhancements to common areas and elevators, as well as the installation of new energy-efficient fixtures and card key systems. The property features a five-level parking garage in addition to surface-level parking.
The property is owned and operated though a joint venture between Commonfund Realty, Inc. and PMRG. Commonfund Realty, Inc. is the real estate investment subsidiary of Commonfund, the largest manager in the U.S. dedicated to investing for nonprofit organizations.
Durham and Travis Ewert, PMRG leasing manager, are responsible for leasing and marketing the property. PMRG’s Lisa Johnston, senior vice president of property management, and Becky Powell, vice president of property management, are responsible for property management for Monticello. |
