As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Nathan Durham is responsible for selectively obtaining leasing and management assignments for building owners in the Dallas Region. Nathan has been actively involved in Dallas real estate for over 10 years. Since 1999, Nathan has been involved in over 1.65 million square feet of transactions in the majority of submarkets in the Dallas Region. His recent accomplishments include the pre-leasing of Saint Ann Court, a Class AA Uptown new development to 44%. In addition, he has obtained some of the highest rental rates in Dallas and increased occupancy to 100% at The Rolex Building, 2828 N. Harwood, The Centex Building and The Jones Day Building, which are all class AA developments in Uptown. Mr. Durham has a Management degree from The University of Texas. Nathan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas, and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC), where he was selected to the 2003/2004 Associate Leadership Council, ALC Alumni and the Certified Commercial Investment Managers (CCIM) of America.
