SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide commercial real estate firm, today announced that Richard Jones, senior vice president of PMRG’s Northwest Region, has been named to the National Contractors Forum of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). With this appointment, NAIOP has recognized PMRG as a resource for insight on the issues, trends and opportunities in today’s commercial real estate construction field.
Jones will serve a three-year term on the national forum, which is open to NAIOP members with at least a decade of active professional experience in the field of construction.
“Rick has a depth of experience with one of the nation’s leading providers of real estate services that includes construction for institutions, investors, corporations, real estate investment trusts, government agencies and healthcare providers,” said Jerold Franke, 2007 National Forums chair for NAIOP. “He will be a tremendous asset in a national forum focused on issues and opportunities for contractors.”
NAIOP’s National Forums bring together successful, geographically diverse commercial real estate executives in an environment conducive to the free exchange of knowledge and information. The forums serve the needs of senior-level NAIOP members and provide them with an opportunity for networking and sharing practical advice, creative alternatives and industry wisdom.
The next NAIOP National Forums meeting will be held Oct. 16–19, 2007 in conjunction with NAIOP’s Development ’07 at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center in Atlanta. NAIOP is the trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers in industrial, office and related commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, it comprises more than 15,000 members in 54 North American chapters, and offers business and networking opportunities, education programs, research on trends and innovations and legislative support. |
