SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Officials with PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading providers of comprehensive real estate services, today announced the promotion of two California managers: Rick Jones, located in San Francisco, to senior vice president Northern California; and John Rowen, located in Newport Beach, Calif., to senior vice president Southern California.
To further bolster its team, PM Realty Group recently hired Wendie Newman as vice president and client manager for American Realty Advisors’ (ARA) 3.8 million-square-foot Southern California office and industrial portfolio.
In his new role as senior vice president Northern California, Jones will be responsible for all lines of business in a portfolio totaling more than 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Since joining PM Realty in 1986, Jones has been responsible for major build-to-suit office, retail and industrial developments, as well as considerable capital and tenant improvement projects. He most recently served as the company’s Vice President for Client Services in Northern California. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Jones held various key positions at well known architectural, general contracting and development firms in San Francisco.
Rowen, the new senior vice president Southern California, will be responsible for the overall profitability for the Southern California region, overseeing approximately 35 projects consisting of more than 8 million square feet of space. He will also provide support and oversight for property management, construction management and engineering services at the office, retail, medical and industrial properties managed by PM Realty Group’s western division. With more than 40 years in the business, Rowen assumes this new role after serving as Vice President of Engineering/Construction for PM Realty Group for (INSERT NUMBER OF YEARS HERE) years. He has extensive experience in facility operations and property management, holding senior management positions for companies such as Fluor Corporation, The Irvine Company and Shorenstein.
As vice president, Newman is responsible for overseeing ARA’s Southern California office and industrial portfolio, which consists of approximately 15 properties. Newman was most recently regional manager at Sares-Regis Group where she oversaw the Southern California portfolio of managed properties totaling more than 10 million square feet. Newman is a Certified Property Manager and holds a California real estate sales license. She is also the 2005 President-Elect for IREM Orange County. |
