Bryant Nail serves as a Senior Development Officer for PM Realty Group in mixed-use, high-density urban development projects. Bryant brings with him over 20 years of real estate development experience, not only in high-density urban development but also in retail, office and the hospitality industry. Bryant’s past experience includes all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisitions, financing, political interface, design and construction, property development, as well as leasing and marketing. Notable development projects he was responsible for include the highly received and awarded new mixed-use community, Addison Circle Phases I and II, in Addison, Texas and the St. Lukes hospital site development in Denver where he negotiated a contribution of $10M for public infrastructure to the project. He serves on the board of directors for the Addison Business Association, and the WaterTower Theatre in Addison.
