HONOLULU - PM Realty Group (PMRG), one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the opening of two new offices on the Big Island and Maui.
The new offices come at a time when PMRG’s retail portfolio is experiencing significant growth. Under the leadership of Wendell Brooks, PMRG’s senior vice president of Retail Leasing and Investment Sales, the company recently acquired management assignments for the Waiakea Center in Hilo, the Crossroads Shopping Center in Kona, and the Kahana Gateway Shopping Center and Professional Building on Maui. PMRG also provides exclusive leasing services for the Kahana property and the Lanihau Shopping Center in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island.
“These neighbor islands are currently enjoying dynamic growth in the retail market, including investment sales, leasing and management,” said Scott Kuklish, PMRG’s senior vice president-director, Pacific Region. “Under Wendell’s leadership, our goal is to expand our capabilities to include full-service operations on all islands.”
PMRG’s Big Island office is located in Kona and is staffed by Assistant Vice President Anthony “Britt” Craven Jr. The Maui office recently opened in the Kahana Gateway Professional Building and will be staffed by Property Manager Ron Waller. |
