HOUSTON - PM Realty Group (PMRG), one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the promotion of John Spafford to senior vice president-director of leasing for PMRG’s Houston division. Spafford, who previously served as vice president of leasing, assumed his new position on Dec. 8.

Spafford, who has more than 24 years of real estate experience in Houston, will be responsible for managing PMRG’s Houston leasing division. He will oversee approximately 15 agents, coordinating their activity to ensure consistent marketing of PMRG’s services and leasing portfolio of more than nine million square feet of office space throughout the Greater Houston area. Spafford has been with PMRG since 1991.

“John has been a top producer in Houston with PMRG for 14 years, demonstrating a keen ability to develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients,” said Doug Little, executive vice president and managing director of PMRG’s Houston division. “John’s leadership ability and exceptional work ethic, coupled with his superior reputation with the brokerage community, made him especially deserving of this recognition.”
