IRVING, TX - Officials with PM Realty Group (PMRG), one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the company has been assigned to lease the Atrium at High Point, a 10-story property located in the master-planned community of Las Colinas, approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Dallas.
Encompassing 215,696 square feet, the Atrium at High Point is located at 5615 High Point Drive in Irving, Texas. The building, which has been vacant since first quarter 2005, is equipped with fiber optics, abundant parking and convenient access to the 161 and 114 freeways, as well as Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
“The Atrium at High Point is a quality building in a superb location; the perfect place for a single, corporate tenant looking to relocate,” said Kurt Cherry, vice president of Leasing with PMRG. “We look forward to not only introducing potential Dallas-based companies to this property, but also tapping into our network of offices around the country and showcasing the property to other large, out-of-state companies looking to either move or expand into the Dallas metroplex.”
In addition, to help attract potential new tenants, PMRG has enlisted Stauffelbach Design Associates of Dallas to oversee a re-design and refurbishment of the 22-year-old property. Stauffelbach representatives are currently assessing the building and compiling a list of recommendations on how to renovate the property in order for it to meet current aesthetic and operational standards. |
